Everything was really great! You could not beat the location and that beautiful view! The hosts were absolutely lovely and honest. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed! A fantastic home away from home!

This place was amazing and exactly what we needed for our teen/tween kids and their friends this summer. The location was phenomenol and the 2 parking spots were key, given the condo’s close proximity to the beach. The house was well equipped with everything for the beach vacation we desired. Ocean swims, beautiful sunsets, surfing, pier walks, beach trail walks, biking, strolling to town for dinner, riding the trolley, and exploring the nearby beaches left us feeling very satisfied. The property owners were also super helpful and accessible. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in San Clemente. Peter and Cathy were very communicative from beginning to end of our trip. The house was perfect and very well stocked with anything we would need. We have rented homes a few times and this was by far the most welcoming and location was perfect. Being able to listen to the waves at night and see the sunset from the living room was lovely. Our family loved every minute and we would definitely stay there again!

Amazing location walkable to the beach and dining. Super clean condo stocked with so many extras normal vacation rentals don't have. The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay great. The pictures do not do the view justice!

The pros: immaculate, completely well equipped (many beach toys/amenities for family), amazingly quiet, given proximity to the pier. The down checks: bed linens definitely not “lux” as advertised. Plenty of nice towels 2nd bath is smaller than most powder rooms and not well lit. No TP holder n master bathroom. Air conditioner (portable) in bedroom is very very noisy (think airplane). Fans in main area do NOTHING to cool the room. The patio is cramped and the cushions on outdoor furniture are worn and, thus, uncomfortable. Definitely do not recommend this place during hot summer months! There are steep stairs that may be a problem for some people (not us).

We had the most wonderful stay at this condo and can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is unbeatable — just a short, easy walk to the beach, plus tons of great restaurants and shopping right nearby. We loved being able to stroll to dinner or grab ice cream without ever needing the car.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. The hosts have truly thought of everything you could possibly want or need — from high-quality kitchen supplies to fresh towels, beach gear, and so much more. It felt like home the moment we walked in.Our 4-year-old daughter was in heaven! There were bikes for the whole family, video games, board games, puzzles, and plenty of other activities to keep her entertained when we weren’t at the beach. It made our trip so relaxing and fun as a family.Communication with the hosts was outstanding — they were incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Everything was clearly explained, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had.This was one of our best VRBO experiences ever. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly condo in a perfect location with thoughtful and attentive hosts, book this place immediately.
