House is great & walk to beach is short. Cool outdoor hangout area downstairs. Kids loved the pool, ping pong, and bunk room.

An absolute gem of a property, has everything you need to truly enjoy a beach vacation. Towels, beach cart and chairs, beach toys all included! Stop reading the reviews and just book it.

The best built beach house, not a builders grade anywhere. The pool refrigerator, ice machine and restroom were well thought out details. The deck railings were very sturdy No worries with a toddler.Each area very functional especially the kitchen/family room.We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay!ThanksJane

Very nice vacation rental. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and the house was very nice.Alot of amenities and the owner communicated often to make sure we had everyrhing we needed.

We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean, the amenities were great, and the pool heater was a total game-changer. The beach cart was a huge help, too!

The house was very clean!!! Dan was our host and let me tell you he was so easy to work with every time we sent him a message he texted back right away and was very helpful telling us some good restaurant are and things to do there . I would definitely give Dan a 5 star with a host review! The kitchen had everything you needed and let’s talk about the house and pool was beautiful lots of room with 6 grandchildren and 8 adults with 2 fur babies! We had a blast! Short walk to beach with all the beach chairs and umbrella already there and the beach wagon to carry our beach gear was great to have! Do recommend Lite it up company we paid for them to come out to do a beach bonfire .Thank you and we had a great time here and will be coming back .

It’s a great house. Several things were broken in the home. Dan tried to fix all but to many for our visit. Good home and great outside space.

This modern house was perfect for our family. It was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. The pool and outdoor lounge area were outstanding, and the beach was only a short walk away. The included beach wagon and chairs made our trips to the beach easy and convenient.Our host, Dan, did an amazing job coordinating everything and checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.Donnie

This house is a perfect spot to get away. Beach access is a couple of minutes out the back gate. The pool is wonderful with lots of lounges and a living area under shade. There is an ice machine and drink fridge by the pool and grilling area.Two bedrooms share a covered porch perfect for coffee drinking in the morning. There is also a well appointed porch outside the living room kitchen area. My only complaint is that our stay wasn’t longer.

Fantastic Beach Location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor furniture was top-notch. It was a short walk to the beach, and the owner provided a beach cart and chairs. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend this house and location if you are looking for a relaxing, not too crowded vacation. The property owner was quick to reapond to messages and very accommodating.

Amazing beach trip

Great week with family. There were 7 total and we had a blast. Beach was a short walk and the pool was awesome. Every detail of this house was perfect. From the beach towels and wagon provided to the communication with Dan. This house is perfect with all the rooms we had plenty of space. We would definitely come back.

This house was TOP NOTCH! From my early communication with the owner about the property and him answering my questions, to staying and then checking out, he was transparent, helpful, quick to respond and super friendly! We were VERY excited about this property as it was brand new AND had everything on “our list” plus more. This would be our Framily’s 3 summer in CSB and have had great houses each time but this could be the best! And I have to say, it didn’t disappoint. We loved the house, the layout (especially the kitchen/dining/den), the outdoor area, furnishings and decor, all of it. There were a few super minor little things that were all “new house growning pains” that weren’t a big deal and will get sorted out in no time. And Dan communicated with us about those things. Highly recommend this property!

Property and host was amazing. We can in the weekend after the hurricane and the host was in contact with us several days before hand to keep us updated.Upon arrival property was just as listed. Will be coming back!

Great property!! We loved everything about this property. Great location. Very short and quick walk to a nice not crowded beach. The backyard was perfect for our family and kids friends. We played a ton of basketball and volleyball in the pool. The property was very clean as well. The host was quick to communicate and was very helpful prior to the visit. We had a small item that needed fixed and the host had someone there that day to correct. We would suggest this property to anyone!
