Best Spot!

This was a first class experience from start to finish. Chad thinks of everything for his spot and really felt like staying in a home not a rental. The location is perfect and all of the little details really make it feel special. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The house is extremely clean and in a great location — close walk to the beach and a quick drive to get groceries/into town. There was more than enough room for everyone and many common spaces for groups to hangout in. The kitchen was well-equipped and so were the bathrooms. Would most definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the property and the ability to have our dogs with us. House is very spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach.

Holiday Weekend Stay

Beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near commercial area and 517. Great house for multi-generation family gathering. We would definitely rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Last Minute Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has been very well done. You can tell the home owner was very thoughtful in their design of the home and the various spaces. The welcome package provided was well beyond expectations and very much appreciated. The property management company worked very efficiently with us as we decided on a last minute get away, and booked literally the day of arrival. They were excite to host us and never portrayed any signs of being inconvenienced. Would definitely encourage others to experience this home.

WOW ! Just WOW...

My wife and I rented this property for a family beach vacation, with our 3 kids, their spouses, and our 4 grandkids (ranging 3 months to 5 years). We wanted bedrooms and bathrooms for each family unit, and open living spaces where we could all spend time together. This property delivered all of that. This house has been carefully renovated with first class materials. The furnishings are perfect for accommodating a big group. The kitchen is well-appointed, with new appliances and a breakfast counter where we could all gather. Kitchen essentials, and the like, were well-stocked. The dining area easily accommodated all 12 of us. The bedrooms are on two different levels, nicely sized, with king-beds, and TV's in each. Their adjoining bathrooms are all nicely updated, with varying bath/shower configurations in each. It's apparent the walls have been soundproofed. The heated pool and patio was very nice and a hit with both the big and little kids after days at the beach. The owner is very thoughtful with the placement of many convenience features like charging blocks with USB connectors in each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens and pillows were first-class. There are many other nice-to-haves available throughout the house. The "walk-to-the beach" description is accurate. My check-in/check-out procedure was smooth. I've rented a lot of great houses through VRBO over the years, and this stay was probably my best overall experience. I hope to return.
