Vacations made easy at Coco Sands Dunetop Beachside Studios. Dunetop Studios is a 4-plex located in quiet south Cocoa Beach.

Recently decorated studios, nestled between the Banana River Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean, Dunetop Beachside calls 14th Street beach her 'backyard'. A leisurely stroll out the door to the east, 500 ft, and you experience the beauty of a residential neighborhood beach. To the west, the 'walk about' offers awe inspiring sunsets.

We have 4 separate studio apartments available for rent. The layout is the same for each unit, only the décor is different. Our studio accommodations are clean, cool and quiet. Each studio is very comfy for 2.

We are dog friendly - and we are located at a dog friendly beach. Beach times are restricted to mornings and evenings and require owners to be responsible.

Easy walk to the beach and nice section of the beach. Nice to have beach chairs available. Very minimal kitchen amenities(ie. only 2 coffee mugs) even though we ate out each night.

Perfect stay in cocoa Beach

Very cute little Efficiencies with a great location. Easy walk to the beach and local eateries. Bonus for being pet friendly! Owner communicated by text and was quick, accommodating and friendly!

The studio was great for the two of us. It was clean & had everything we needed. Parking was tight but doable with one car. We would definately stay here again!!

Exactly as pictured. Cute, comfortable, clean. Bed was just right. Linens could have been softer but were bright and clean. Neighboring house was distressed but a privacy fence was up so not a problem. Rest of neighborhood was good. Restaurants and shops close by. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great night.

This was a lovely place to stay! Spacious, beautiful inside, and wonderfully located. My one small complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable, but that may be a matter of personal preference.

Inside was Nice and Clean

Outside needs a lot of work. It looks like the property needs some good old fashioned clean up, lawn mowing, weeding, etc. The property owner's parking plan is unrealistic. The house next door is a hoarder's paradise that you cannot avoid ssing when going to the beach. It is no way only 500 feet to the beach, more like a block and a half!

Perfect for a beach weekend

This house was perfect for a quick weekend at the beach! Short walking distance to the beach, cute, clean, and comfortable. The house had beach chairs, towels, and laundry available for use which was very convenient. Will definitely be staying here again!
