All our units are thoroughly cleaned for your protection after all guests leave.
Located in the Heart of Beautiful Downtown Cocoa Beach !!! Only 15 min from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal..!! Walk to a variety of 25 restaurants, stores, bars,and entertainment. Music at several locations within walking distance. Beautifully decorated, it is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo. Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, glassware, silverware, Keurig coffee maker and pots and pans. Living room has a conversion sofa (full size), 40 in. TV, and free WIFI with a glass sliding door that looks out directly at the ocean.!!

Beautiful bathroom with tiled shower and stone floor includes towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. Bedroom has a queen-bed, TV, dresser. Washer and Dryer in the unit for your use.

Outside balcony with a direct view of the ocean and stairs take you to a private path to the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards and umbrella are there for your use. Extremely clean and comfortable unit.

Excellent place

We loved the location! The place was very clean, everything you need and very comfortable. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife juststeps away. Jean and Bill are excellent hosts we will definitely be back.

Relaxing stay in Cocoa Beach

We forgot our baby's sound machine, so we opened the slider and listened to real ocean sounds instead. It was pretty great.

Perfect spot

My mother and I stayed and it was great. There's a lot of food places within walking distance, you can watch rocket launches from the balcony and stare at the ocean from morning to night. It's also extremely close walking distance to the beach, which was nice because my mom has a hard time walking far. There is a bar next door that plays loud music in the evening, but it wasn't a big enough disturbance to interrupt our enjoyment; just unexpected during the week. I am already looking forward to booking my next stay at the same place

Excellent Vacation spot

Excellent experience

We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. The hosts were always there to answer questions and the check in was smooth. I forgot my wallet after checking out and Jean was nice enough to check and even send the wallet to me overnight.

Loud, old, and not clean

If you are only looking for a convenient location this could be the right place for you. The condo is old and run down. The bathroom was not clean. The bed was comfortable but you could hear everything on the outside. The location is right behind restaurants and bars who has early deliveries and late night music. The shower was filthy. Hairs everywhere. Would not stay here again.

Amazing view!

The location is absolutely wonderful. We were able to see a rocket launch, which has been a bucket list of mine for a long time.The restaurant next-door, coconuts on the beach was very good.

Right on the ocean

This condo is so clean and comfortable. Location is great and the view from the porch was amazing♡ I really enjoyed the creativity in decorating. We had an amazing stay♡

Cute Comfy Condo

We had a great stay here. Right on the beach close to 2 beach bars. The bed and condo were very comfortable. It is Small so only really comfortable for 2 people. But makes up for it with the Location!!

Great location

You can’t beat this location. It’s right on the beach and you have so much to do right within walking distance. The place is decorated nicely and the bed is comfy. My only complaint is that the tv in the bedroom and the washer and dryer were not working. The owner did offer for us to use the washer and dryer in a different unit. We would stay there again for sure.

Cocoa Beach

Pre-communication with the owners was great. They provided clear driving directions to the property and clear instructions on how to access the unit. Property was a little outdated but the location was amazing. Direct and easy beach access. Washer/dryer were broken when we arrived but the owners were responsive and provided an alternate location we could use for laundry. This was slightly inconvenient because we could only access the other location the first day of our stay and we had to carry our things over there, but I appreciate the effort to provide an alternative. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Great little condo. Just perfect for us. Enjoyed the beach and we were able to see two rocket launches right on the beach in front of the condo. Amazing!!!

Weekender

We enjoyed our weekend at this residence! The grounds need to be taken care but that is not the renter’s fault. The condo looked like the pictures and had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. The dryer was also temporarily out of use so we weren’t able to do laundry but overall the condo was clean.

Amazing beach views

My husband and I were visiting Cocoa Beach for the first time and this was a perfect location with easy beach access. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Washer/dryer was not working when we arrived but host responded quickly and we were able to find a solution. This unit was great for 2 people, I think it would be too small for any more than that. We would definitely visit again!

33rd Anniversary vacation

The property inside is exactly as pictured. It is small but was perfect for us. The ocean view is amazing! It was nice be able to have access to the cooler and beach chairs. So many restaurants close by and/or in walking distance. Bill and Jean communicated quickly and were awesome answering my questions. If we visit Cocoa Beach again this is our place to stay!

Loved it

It was a very nice place to stay. The owners were very responsive if we had any questions. The view was amazing. Liked that there were beach chairs, bogie boards and toys to use on the beach. We bought a nice umbrella for the beach to add to the collection. They did offer to pay for it but we declined. Just want the next guests to enjoy it like we did. Costs way less than renting from the people on the beach. We will most certainly be returning.

Beautiful view!

The unit is cute! It was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Location was near a lot of tasty restaurants. The owner was very nice and communicative. Their were a lot of stairs. Listing mentioned stairs to the beach but stairs to and from the car are many also. I can do them but then I am done for. Stair cases are on both sides of unit and it’s locked below so you can’t go from the beach to the car without using both staircases up and down. It was a problem. The balcony is not private and kids next door and downstairs ran all over and came to look in at us multiple times. The music sounded like the band was in the bedroom playing. It was incredibly loud until midnight. It starts at 6pm and I believe two bars have bands on the road starting at different times.. At 6 AM Easter morning the band woke us but it was a call to worship so we went! Fortunately the really loud bands only played a few days and not every day. The beach was very crowded as it’s a major thoroughfare but the people watching was fun. The beach is close so the water isn’t a major walk. We were able to watch three rocket launches from the balcony. We felt safe there but we did see a crime on the beach and heard a couple fights after the bars closed. The ba
