Gorgeous one bedroom oceanfront condo located in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with new appliances and granite counter top. Equipped with full size kitchen (has everything you need to cook), sleeper sofa, HDTV with cable in living room and bedroom, wifi, and central air conditioning. Enjoy relaxing on the patio with beautiful views of the ocean. Full size washer and dryer inside the unit.

Loved the location and how we could walk straight out to the beach and also great restaurants and shops. It was small but perfect for our family of three.

Perfect short stay in Cocoa Beach. We were able to walk to local restaurants and the beach access was steps from our back door.

Great place for a couple visiting cocoa beach for the first time. Awesome beach access and tons of nearby restaurants. Really appreciated the high-quality beach gear, it was great to put up an umbrella and sit in the Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Highly recommend

The beach view is spectacular! The condo is very clean, decorated in adorable beach theme, comfortable and has everything you need plus more. Short walk to the beach and so many restaurants and shops within short walking distance. The host is very responsive, although we had no issues at all. Check in and check out is quick and smooth process. The host recommended several restaurants and all were wonderful. Could not ask for a better beach VRBO. It was exceptional!

Great location and comfortable

It was lovely to be able to go out on the porch and sit with a view of the water. Just a few spots down there was a nice path to the beach and plenty of great restaurants and night life close by. I will stay here again!
