3. As a professional property management firm, we require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. Please disclose if bringing a boat, boat lift is NOT available but boats are okay to be tied off of dock during stay.

5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if it occurs within the cancellation period. **All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed when booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for Service Animals.
