The cabin features two cozy bedrooms and a sleeping loft, comfortably accommodating families, couples, or small groups. Inside, you’ll find warm wood interiors, rustic beams, and whimsical touches that spark joy and curiosity. Curl up by the wood stove with a good book, share stories around the dining table, or gaze out at the mountains from the comfort of the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, whether you’re cooking up a hearty breakfast before a day of hiking or preparing a simple dinner to enjoy under the stars. Step outside and you’ll find space to roam, explore, and unwind—whether you’re enjoying coffee on the screened in porch, watching wildlife, or soaking in the peace and quiet.

The property is very short drive to downtown Bearsville and only about 7 minutes to downtown Woodstock. In addition it is about 35 minutes from both Hunter Mountain and Belleayre Mountain Ski Resorts and about 50 minutes from Wyndham Mountain Ski Resort.
***The property spans about 15 acres with many different land features and certain areas of the property contain loose stones, drop offs, and rock quarries that could be dangerous so PLEASE USE CAUTION when walking the property and be aware of your footing. Additionally, there is a camera by the front door and back door for security purposes.***

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin, it exceeded all expectations. It was clean, in a great location, great hosting, and had an amazing view. Would highly recommend to anyone and hope to be back soon.

The cabin was amazing, along with the property owner, Joe. Loved the amazing views and how comfortable the beds were. Its very short drive to the center of town and not that far of a drive to Rinebeck. I definitely would like to stay here again on my next visit to Woodstock.

Absolutely 10/10. Great house, great kitchen, amazing views, 7 minute drive to Woodstock. The grounds are beautiful. And the owner was beyond professional and helpful. Will stay again!

The cabin in Bearsville was totally as advertised: comfortable furnishings, clean, and well-stocked with all necessities, Each bedroom and living area had its own split system AC unit, which was great for our hot July vacation. We really appreciated the discrete labeling of all the devices. Not to mention the large TV for streaming the World Cup!The quiet, completely private location was ideal, while still just a very short drive to town. And what a beautiful mountain view! Last but not least, communication with the owner was great throughout our stay.Thanks, Joe, for sharing your charming home!

Best cabin in upstate NY hands down. I’ve never repeated a VRBO but we are definitely coming back. I appreciate a clean rental and this place was immaculate. Spacious, plenty of amenities, up to date heating, and one of the best interior designed cabin. But nothing beats the (clean) screened in porch view. That alone, will have my family coming back annually if not more. Thank you Joe for your hospitality and great communication.

Can’t recommend this VRBO enough. The cabin is exactly as described and the view is even better! Joe was helpful, giving us all the information we needed well before hand and checking in via the app during our stay. We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday; the kitchen was perfect for making a family meal. My husband and sons enjoyed a walk around the property and I appreciated the little touches like twinkle lights. Lot of comfy chairs for gazing at the mountains, comfortable beds, and nice linens. We’ll be back as soon as we can!

This cabin is even better in person. So much character! The screened porch is perfect for morning coffee and quiet time, as well as evening glass of wine. We loved the view of the mountains and even saw a sweet deer family multiple times during our stay. The kitchen has everything! Grocery is 10 minutes. 5ish minutes to Woodstock and just so lovely and quiet!We loved our stay here and wouldFor sure recommend! Owners were attentive. It was a fantastic stay! From hiking to shopping to easy access other areas of the Catskills… this is the center of happiness!
