Cool Water

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The accommodations were very nice, wonderful sunset view, location close to restaurants, stores, and 12 minute drive to the beach. The management was accessible and we received immediate service when needed.

The house had roaches, broken furniture. All the pool floats and toys are broken. The property is outdated and in need of serious cleaning!!

Nice house but smells of pet urine.

the house was very nice and furnished well with furniture and cooking utensils. The main issue we had was the carpet is very old and smells of pet urine and needs to be replaced. The smell was bad enough to overshadow our visit and we really only slept in the house and spent most of the time out of the house because of the smell. The linoleum in the kitchen by the refrigerator was worn down to the floor. If these 2 items were fixed, we would give the house 4 stars.

This house is good but needs some maintenance to be done.

The AC doesn’t go any lower that 70 degrees. Therefore at night time it feels hot, the microwave only works on a 30 seconds express button, there are lights all over the house that don’t turn on, the front porch area is messy and dirty, the slide door on the back room is really hard to open and falling. The floor around the pool could benefit from some cleaning. We had a good time but the family kept commenting on things that didn’t work therefore it creates stress. I hope the maintenance gets done since it’s a beautiful home and neighborhood.

Lovely paradise getaway

We enjoyed the lovely place with the pool and dock. It is located in beautiful Palm Coast. The staff was very kind and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. The place was better in person. Loved it! Highly recommend

Pool not heated.

The house listed a heated pool. We were excited about it only to find out it’s solar power heat. If it’s cloudy and 75 too cold. It would take days to heat up 18,000 gallons. That was one of the reasons we picked that place was for the heated pool. Need not to advertise a heated pool unless it’s a true heated pool. The house was very clean and nice.

Great house, quiet neighborhood

This place is as advertised. Nice clean home with great outdoor space. Close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Would definitely stay again. Management/host was super helpful

Beautiful & Peaceful

This house was an amazing find. The house itself has been beautifully updated inside. It is in an incredibly quiet neighborhood and the view of the pool and canal is so peaceful. It is also located in a great spot to be able to easily connect with A1A to enjoy driving along the coast to visit different beaches up and down the coast. We will be sure to keep this house in mind for future trips!

too much smell in the folder

good morning, everything was fine except that they need a fumigator because my son and I were bitten by something and that was sleeping, cleaning well but I had to lick the carpet because it smelled too ugly could not breathe that smell, and the refrigerator until still losing water today, it's okay, thanks

Don’t rent

If the carpet does not get changed out...Do not rent this home The smell is horrible...we contacted local rep VTrips...the could not find us another home to move to. So they sent someone by who said they could smell bleech..I said no that is pet urine!! They would not give us any refund.. we rented for 3 days only stayed 1.5 days Could not take the smell ! We have pets and understand you can smell a pet.. we should not have been subjected to this stench....unhealthy!!!

Lovely Location

Had a relaxing week enjoying the pool and the view. This is a nice size 3 bedroom, well equipped rental with everything that you need in a quiet neighborhood, it was perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents and one dog! Everything in the house is a little older and used, so it isn't immaculate, but it is in good shape.

Worked out great

I had read the previous review and was skeptical about renting this property but everything worked out great for us. The house was comfortable and very big! Very large TV in the living room and nice TVs in the bedrooms as well. Our two little dogs loved it! The pool is huge by Florida standards. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the refrigerator was actually too cold. The one thing that I will mention is, with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms, the house is completely carpeted. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. If you have a boat there is a covered portion with a lift. I can't say if it works or not because we don't have a boat. We've rented other properties in Palm Coast that did include the garage but this rental does not. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house.
