Overall, I'd rate this place an 8/10. It has all the essentials and plenty of space, necessary rooms, and enough kitchen supplies for most stays. If you're staying more than 4 days, I recommend checking the kitchen inventory before grocery shopping so you know exactly what's available. The home has a well-maintained 90s/early 2000s feel. If that's your style, you'll probably love it. While the house was clean enough and comfortable, there were a few dusty areas that could use more attention. If you're a germaphobe you may notice some of those details. The pots and pans are older but still functional. There wasn't a vacuum available, but there is a broom in the closet. They provide a starter supply of trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry packs, and toiletries, but you'll likely need more for a longer stay. Since this is Florida, the upstairs stays cooler than the main-floor bedrooms. Extra fans were provided for the master bedroom, which helped. They also supplied plenty of towels, which was great since our kids spent a lot of time swimming in the pool. As first-time guests, we weren't sure what to expect. We would have appreciated a few more kitchen and cleaning essentials, such as an air fryer, rice cooker, and small vacuum. The pinball machine was broken, and two picture frames unexpectedly fell in the game room. The dryer also took longer than usual. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would still rate the property 8/10 overall. Checkout was very easy!!
