The Space:
Steps away from your front door, you’ll find a picturesque lakeside heated pool, bubbling hot tub, adrenaline-pumping fitness center, relaxing sauna, and convenient market. A games lawn overlooking the lake offers a shuffleboard court, cornhole boards, and picnic area with grill.
Just across the pond, so to speak, and minutes from the home you’ll find Old Lake Davenport, a natural freshwater lake for boating, fishing, and paddle sports. The Northeast Regional Park has a public boat launch site, as well a variety of excursion rentals. This 83-acre park also has tennis courts, handball courts, basketball, soccer, and football fields, as well as paved walking trails and a large playground. There’s an almost unlimited number of things to see and do in sunny Kissimmee, and it all starts right here in Caribe Cove!
Days begin and end out on the home’s private, screened-in balcony, overlooking the picturesque tree line while you sip on your morning coffee, dine on a meal al fresco, or enjoy a quiet evening cocktail in the fresh country air. Indoors, open spaces come elegantly furnished and styled to maximize your downtime as you unwind and recharge for the exciting days ahead. Tall ceilings sit atop plush sofa seating in the living room, the ideal space for surfing the channels or gathering for a family movie night. The modern kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and plentiful cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. The chic, round dining table seats the whole crew for shared meals, afterward playing host to an energetic game night.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. The living room also includes a foldaway style cot/bed that can serve as an additional sleeping space for 1.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, balcony access, and Jack & Jill style ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, tub, and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and dedicated workspace.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• The resort clubhouse (which includes the gym, front desk, marketplace, and pool) is open daily, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
• Security is posted throughout the resort and at the gate daily from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in at the front desk.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the entryway and actively monitoring the entryway hallway.
• Please note: Caribe Cove community does not allow pets of any kind at this property.
The group-friendly accommodations at Caribe Cove Condominiums are located just nine miles from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort. Other popular Disney attractions lie within 11 miles of Caribe Cove condo rentals, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further along I-4, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.
Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 3 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

• Pets are not allowed for guests. (For details on service animals, please contact Caribe Cove.)
• No trailers, RVs, golf carts, or commercial vehicles are permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. (Guests causing a nuisance will be asked to vacate.)
• Smoking is prohibited in public areas, including the pool.
• No glass is allowed in the pool area.
• The condo is to be used for residential purposes only.
• Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. (Local authorities will be notified of any illegal drug use.)
