Ideal location to enjoy downtown Carpinteria

Beautifully appointed and impeccably maintained with a spacious front patio complete with fire place. We love this property and will certainly stay again. Linens and towels were very high quality.

Rental is as described, excellent location short walk to beach, loved the fire pit and bbq. Check in and out was seamless and Linda was always available to answer any questions.

Modern and clean

Liked the location and the comforts and cleanliness of the unit, but unfortunately the heat wasn’t able to be turned on, and it was cold in the mornings. Fiddling with the thermostat did nothing. But, overall we liked the unit.

Great location!

This was our second time staying in this unit, and we’re so glad we did! It’s clean, beautifully decorated and located just steps from the beach. Linda was also very quick to respond, and provided easy arrival instructions. We’ll definitely be back!

overall, we had a great time! The instructions to access the unit were easy. There were clear instructions inside the unit on how to utilize tv, fans; etc. We also appreciated extra towels and beach towels/chairs. Linda was very responsive and had a welcome bday card. mother/daughter pre-wedding weekend

Just the absolute best! It was a very short-notice getaway, and it was perfect! Linda was very accommodating and even delivered flowers for my daughter. The space was clean, cozy, well managed, and perfectly located. Hope to return next year!

Our stay in Carpenteria and Linda’s condo was nothing but wonderful . Linda’s outstanding hospitality and her extremely thoughtful personal touches made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped into her tastefully decorated, clean and cozy space . Great Location and Great Service

We had the best time at the condo. It was very nicely kept and Linda was very accommodating and made everything a breeze. The location was so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Perfect stay for a weekend by the beach

The unit was super clean and cute. It had everything we needed and the property manager was very flexible and attentive. The proximity to the beach, train and the town make it ideal for a weekend by the beach with the kids. Barely had to get into the car and just loved it. Will definitely come back.

great location

We loved the location. The kitchen was great, had anything you'd need to cook. There was parking available which was nice too. The decor was nice. And the property host was very nice. Liked the fire pit out front as well.
