We offer the convenience of self-check-in. While you may have the unit to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance. Guest Services are available 24/7. Give us a call or text if you need anything. :)

Sagle is a hidden gem in North Idaho and offers a lot of outdoor activities and adventures. Just a short drive to Sandpoint, enjoy the local shops and cafes that the area has to offer.

You`ll be just...

- 22 min drive to Round Lake State Park.
- 35 min drive to Maiden Rock Trail.
- 26 min drive to Sandpoint.

You will need a vehicle to get to the area. There is no public transportation. If you want to have more fun, you can rent ATV vehicles nearby :)

For the winter season, we strongly advise the use of winter tires to provide better footing in snow and rain and greater control behind the wheel since the Tiny Home is located in the mountains.

-There are security cameras in the common areas of the property. This will be on during your stay.
- Please note that outdoor space and some other amenities are shared.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
Welcome to your Airbnb home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 3 guests. Unregistered guest/s is strictly not allowed.

8. Our pet fee is $20USD per pet, per night. Please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit
*If by any chance the pet fee is not charged correctly, we will be sending an alteration with the correct charge.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500 (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
