Hi Kimberly, Thank you so much for your 4-star review and for your kind words about the house. We’re really glad you enjoyed your stay overall! About the water: our system works best if showers aren’t all taken at the same time. If you had let us know while you were here, we would’ve explained this right away and helped you out. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you and your family had such a great time and that you found the home clean, exactly as described, and free of pests. We also truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and hospitality. Thank you as well for your feedback about the game room. Although it is equipped with a powerful portable air conditioner, during periods of extreme Florida heat it may not always be able to maintain the same level of cooling as the main living areas. We appreciate your understanding and are always looking for ways to improve our guests' comfort. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable stay!
