Great spot, walking distance to everything worth while. Air conditioner is unbelievably amazing. Sleeping on the couch is great, just as comfortable as the bed. Perfect for 2 people, can easily fit 3 comfortably. Great parking, great place.

It was the perfect little property for myself, my hubby and our 5 year old daughter. We walked to the beach and boardwalk everyday multiple times a day because the properties location is so close to it all!

Overall the accomodation was very nice and what we needed for an incredible beach trip. James was helpful host, with connections and offers to make for a convenient getaway to the Jersey shore. My only complaint is that the listing mentions basic soaps are included, but there were no shower products available. Also we unfortunately had quite noisy neighbors wake us up at 3am chatting loudly on their balcony, so be wary of that.

Perfection

We couldnt be happier with this cute little beach bungalo. It was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. The patio was an added bonus for morning coffee. Cant wait to visit again.

Adorable and comfy beach house with off street parking in a nice neighborhood. It was supplied with paper goods, 2 beach passes & beach towels, and even linens and bath towels! My only disappointment was that the kitchen was sparsely supplied despite the listing stating it was fully equipped. So, I was unable to cook anything except microwaveable food. I'd stay again in a heartbeat, but would communicate with the host requesting normally stocked kitchen items all easily remedied:(i.e. some knives, a cutting board, a skillet or two, a spaghetti sized pot, oven mits)

It was clean, but smaller than it looks in the pictures. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, ended up having to sleep on the couch. We had issues with the front glass door which was bought to the property owner/management attention but nothing was done about it. Also, on the instructions it didn’t say what time was checking out time, but in the Amenities it said before 11:00 AM well had the cleaning lady banging on the door at 10:15 AM telling us we needed to get out because she needed to clean, that the checking out time was 10:00 AM! It was very annoying and very disappointing! And to top it off she called me by the wrong name!!! Manners go a long way! Even after everything, my intention was to leave a tip, well after being rushed out like that, I didn’t leave anything!
