Nice house

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great and there was a lot of room for our group of 5 to spread out. The customer service I received from Oversee was great as well.

Loved it!!

What an awesome casita in a great location and such a pretty place to hangout. Close to beach and to eateries. House was spotless and excellently equipped. We cannot wait to return for another stay.

Book this amazing home!

Exceptionally beautiful home and location! Perfect place to enjoy time with family or friends. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. There is cozy communal spaces inside and out for gathering. The hosts of 30a beach girls are also exceptional and communicate very well.

Close to beach and a free bonfire!

Lovely cottage! We loved our stay! Such a lovely place and a fun area to explore. We would love to return!! The included bonfire and bikes made this so much more fun! Thank you so much 😊

Great experience!

This property was like our home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. The description and pictures were spot on! We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation in 30a, loved having bikes to ride each day. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect time!

This property was a great location for enjoying the beach. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Beds were all comfortable, house was clean. Loved having the bikes! We would definitely stay here again.

Family get away

House is just as described in listing. Dedicated beach access is close…about a 6 minute walk. Comfy beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Community pool is large and nice. We loved our stay here and hope to go again.

Great location

Great location. The house was just as described in reference to bedrooms, baths and location. The house does need a little tlc as most of the updates appear to have been “do it yourself” projects. We did have some issues with broken items in the house but the property manager is great with communication and easy to reach. We would stay again.

Great Stay!

Wonderful location and great home. It could use a deep dusting though. That was our only concern! Everything else was wonderful and we had a great time. The management company provided lots of extras that we weren’t expecting like dish soap and shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, 2 beach towels, and 2 travel coffee mugs, and we were so delighted. They responded quickly to any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again.

Lemon squeezy, pleased me

Nice spot, place was a good value for the dollar. It does need to update its Couch and chairs in the living room worn out. Beds were great, bikes were a nice touch. No toaster. We did enjoy our 20 day.

Our amazing stay, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house- couldn't ask for a better long weekend! More than enough room for 7, clean, comfortable, well -equipped kitchen as well as bikes. Great location- close to beach, we would love to comeback!
