Welcome to Mangrove Manor at SeaGlass Cove, an oceanfront sanctuary in Marathon—the Heart of the Florida Keys. Located in SeaGlass, an exclusive gated community, this brand-new luxury development is in its final stages of completion and stands among the most prestigious destinations in the Keys. Perched directly on the Atlantic, it offers breathtaking turquoise views and peaceful mornings overlooking a mangrove island.

This 5-bedroom, 5-bath retreat (4 en-suite) blends coastal sophistication with modern comfort. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, elevator, and seamless indoor-outdoor living that opens to an ocean-view deck with outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Relax by the community pool, play pickleball on-site, or unwind on your private beachfront.

Boaters will love the convenience of two nearby full-service marinas, one located directly across from the property. Trailer storage and larger vessel accommodations are available—please inquire with your boat details to ensure we can accommodate.

Professionally managed by Star Properties Destinations, the premier luxury vacation rental company in the Florida Keys, offering full concierge service and curated island experiences. A boat slip for vessels up to 30' is included with weekly stays through 2025.
Mangrove Manor is 100% complete and fully operational, but some nearby homes within the SeaGlass community are still under construction.

No construction takes place at this specific property.

We had a great family vacation at Mangrove Manor. The views from the back of the house were beautiful. Our favorite part was enjoying our “hibachi now” chef made meal on the bottom deck with views of the beach!

Very clean. Excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect for our 3 generation family of 11. Pool was accessible and warm. Great outdoor spaces - grill, patio and pool area.

The property was perfect for our stay of 2 familys with teens. Decorated nicely with all home/kitchen amenities. Ping pong, cornhole, board games on property and pickleball adjacent. Pool access just 30 or so yards away. Management company very helpful and provided good recommendations.
