Nestled on North Lake Leelanau, the Neeb cottage is a fantastic rustic retreat for those who appreciate Northern Michigan. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with one and an half baths plus an outdoor shower, this welcoming property offers a cozy living room with an additional sofa bed. Set on 175 feet of lake frontage the the lot offers great privacy with an expansive view. The property has a 30 foot dock for easy boat parking and the views up the lake are breathtaking. The sandy bottomed shore makes for a welcoming dip. Centrally located in Leelanau county the address is a five minute drive to Leland or a 15 minute boat ride there and a half hour to the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the area, this pleasant cottage provides the perfect quiet home base for your getaway. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Lovely small cottage on beautiful lake near my family. Decor is dated but charming. Would benefit from longer level dock but outside patio space was great. Thank you for a great week! I would reserve again in future.

A Perfect Northwoods Escape! We had an incredible stay at this cabin. It perfectly captures the quintessential Northern Michigan experience, nestled in a quiet, serene lakefront setting surrounded by beautiful birch trees. The interior features warm, cozy knotty pine paneling that makes the space feel like a true, authentic retreat.The location is ideal—it’s just a short, convenient drive into Leland, where we loved spending time exploring the historic shanties and shops of Fishtown. It was the perfect balance of peaceful privacy and easy access to local charm. We would definitely stay here again!"

Great Leelanau Cottage

Great spot on North Lake Leelanau. Check-in was easy, house was very clean, owner was very responsive. A beautiful view with a week full of fun. Sandy bottom right off the dock. Can’t wait to come back.

This is our second stay this summer! Everything clean, beds are comfortable and the lake view and dock can't be beat. Centrally located near the Narrows makes getting everywhere easy. Comforts of AC, dishwasher, outdoor shower, filtered drinking water tap much appreciated. Last s'mores of the summer around the campfire will be happy memories!

Cute cottage, beautiful beach

We had a wonderful time at the Neeb cottage. We had everything we could want for a fun vacation. The dock worked well for our boat and swimming. The view is gorgeous and sunsets are spectacular! Beds very comfortable and everything was very clean. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms felt great, tho ac worked perfectly. Dishwasher is a plus for quick cleanup after meals, also appreciated the filtered drinking water tap at the kitchen sink, as well water in this area does not have great taste. We will be looking for opportunities to return!

The property and cottage were just as represented in the listing. House was immaculate and outdoor area was lovely. Beautiful spot on the lake. We ended up not being able to stay due to a medical condition of mine. The hosts were very responsive and kind. They were more than fair agreeing to our requested refund when I couldn't stay. They were in no way obligated to do so. The hosts are responsive and the property lovely. Don't hesitate to book this home.

We had the best weekend stay for Labor Day! The house was very clean and well stocked. The water was beautiful and calm, we were able to paddle board every morning (we brought our own)! I loved having the dock to tie up our swim platform especially for our kids who are on the younger side. We especially loved the location as it was so close to Suttons Bay and Leland. We would definitely stay again, perfect for a family vacation up north.
