Excellent location. Beautiful view from the front window. We loved the fenced backyard for our 2 dogs. We really enjoyed playing and paddle boarding with the dogs at the lake. It was great to walk to town on the trail behind the house. We would love to come back!

Very lovely home. Fit our group of 9 perfectly. The girls enjoyed the space and the sunrise in the morning. You do have to cross over a barrier to get to the lake in the front of the house so use caution. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics you need. Water softener so the water felt great. Thermostat controlled by owner.

We loved our stay! Host was very easy to communicate with and the house had lots of nice touches: games, fuseball table, beach supplies. We loved having access to the lake and dock. Hope to come back soon!

The house met our needs perfectly. It was clean and has a perfect location. The hike/bike path is directly behind the property, and it is an easy walk to downtown. The only downfall for us was that the lake access is located across a busy street. We had small children in our party, so it was all hands on deck when going to the lake. The lake is very shallow by the dock (great for our purposes). Water shoes are a must. We had very easy access to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, and Leland. We enjoyed Hop Lot brewing, Vi Grill, and 9 Beans Row in Sutton’s Bay. There were a couple of minor house issues, but the owner was very responsive.

Great location to everything Suttons Bay had to offer. House was perfect for our group. Clean and had everything we needed. Great view of the bay. Would definitely stay again. Owner was very accommodating and commication was amazing.

Great property

Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids stayed for 8 nights. Positives include private beach, walking path to town, fire pits, great deck, parking, and well-equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and house

Enjoyed a nice relaxing vacation at the Harbormaster! Grateful we were able to bring our family dog and explore so many locations in the area. Definitely will stay there again if in the area!

Beautiful and very comfortable house in every way! Loved every aspect of it. The location could not be any more ideal! We enjoyed biking and walking on the bike path, wading around at the beach and enjoying the dock. Sunrises and sunsets are lovely. The town, restaurants, boat launch and marina are so close it made everything very easily accessible.

Great house for a week away!

Our family had a wonderful week staying at The Harbormaster. The house is in a great location to quickly get to a number of wineries, and conveniently located for a quick drive or walk into Suttons Bay. The house was clean and the host was prompt in communicating with us. Would definitely stay again!

Great Sutton’s Bay Vacation

Really enjoyed our time at Sam’s house and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Norther Michigan getaway! Clean house with great views. A nice fenced in yard for the dogs. Quick and easy communications and check in process.

Girls Trip

The location was amazing! Lots to do, walked to downtown Sutton’s Bay on the TART trail. So many wineries so little time haha. Nice grocery store (Hansons) and restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to go back this summer and enjoy the waterfront and beach.

Beautiful setting and extremely clean!

Great location with beautiful water views, easy tart trail access and secure yard for pets. Loved being able to bike into Sutton’s Bay, Hop Lot Brewery and shirt drive to Good Harbor Bay Beach. The house is exactly as pictured and much attention paid to thorough cleaning. Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic

Our family was in the TC area for a wedding. We wanted to stay in a place that would provide close proximity to all of the events leading up to the wedding including the ceremony and reception. This rental was perfect as advertised. Location, cleanliness, great yard, access to walking paths. Property in great shape and plenty big for our need. Would rent again and recommend.

Great biking location

We loved the TART trail that runs along the backyard, making it an easy walk or bike ride into Sutton Bay. Beautiful home with great view of the water. Great memories were made around the campfire, and skipping stones off their small beach across the street.
