The building’s elevator will be out of service beginning October 13th for approximately three weeks while scheduled elevator modernization work is completed.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and guests will need to use the stairs during this time.

The Space

As soon as you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a stylish and comfortable living space with stunning beach and ocean views right from the window. Relax, people watch, and take in the sights and energy of South Beach’s art and entertainment district.

This thoughtfully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers 790 square feet of comfortable living space and is designed for families and groups looking to experience South Beach together.

Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, giving everyone a relaxing place to unwind after a day of beach adventures. The master bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.

The updated kitchen includes a cooktop, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave, giving you the flexibility to prepare meals or enjoy a quick snack before heading out to explore.

The condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with a 7th guest accommodated on the single sofa in the living room.

Guests have the entire condo to themselves.

Additional Information

For your safety and security, the building has cameras in all common areas, including hallways, lobby, elevators, and building exterior. Cameras may record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

The building includes an elevator, free high-speed WiFi, and cable TV. WiFi is provided by the building and may occasionally be spotty. App-operated laundry facilities are available in the building and are provided by the building.

There are NO cameras in the apartment
There is an elevator-and free hi speed wifi and cable tv - wifi provided by building and may be spotty. Windows do not open. App operated Laundry facilities are located in the building and are provided by the building. The third bedroom does not have a closet or window



For guests with young children- we do have a pak n play crib available if needed and reserved but we are NOT child proofed

We can accommodate a 7th guest on the single sofa in the living room
We are unable to accept or store packages. Please do not have deliveries sent to the property, as we cannot be responsible for any packages delivered.
