The host Christine was very responsive. She recommended a parking AP that was convenient and reasonably priced. The Apartment was clean and as advertised. The neighborhood is very safe, with many activities nearby. I will stay again and recommend this to both the personal and business traveler.

While the building and unit are older, the unit is very clean and the location is ideal. The bedding and towels were very nice, and there were plenty of pillows. Check in and out was very easy.

This was welcoming and cozy place to stay! There was a delay getting the key when we got there and the verification process was more involved than I’ve ever needed to do before. Communication was responsive but I think I was messaging a chatbot? All things considered, I would recommend this stay.

Thank you for your kind feedback! We’re glad you found the space welcoming and cozy and appreciate your recommendation. We apologize for the delay in receiving the key and for the verification process feeling more involved than expected — these steps are in place to ensure safety and smooth check-ins, but we understand they can feel unfamiliar. We’d like to clarify that we do not use chatbots; all messages are sent by real members of our team. We’re sorry if the communication felt impersonal at any point and appreciate your understanding. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

Apartment was perfect for a friends group wknd getaway. The check in process was a little much. The building requires a lot more info than normal during check in and seemed like you were engaging with a bot so made me a little suspicious, but everything was great once we arrived.

Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad to hear the apartment was perfect for your weekend getaway and that everything went smoothly once you arrived. I understand that the check-in process felt a bit cumbersome. The building requires extra information for security reasons, which can feel formal, but it helps keep guests safe. I appreciate your patience and your thoughtful comments—they help me make the process clearer for future guests.

Great comfortable clean rooms. Try to get 3 beds at a hotel with this quality for a similar price I dare you.Good luck. The host was great A real lifesaver with the suggestion that I use the spot hero app to find parking. I find parking to be really stressful ex specially in an unfamiliar city. This by far changed my experience drastically. Thank you so much!!!

Overall, my stay was good. When we arrived, I was a little surprised by the exterior view and the stairwell was not clean. Once you get inside, it’s a very nice place. The furnishings are updated and everything is painted nicely. The kitchen and bathroom show its age. It is an old building so the doors are old. I suggested to the host to add a deadbolt on the inside of both exterior doors for peace of mind. The beds were very comfortable. I am considering buying a mattress and pillows like that bed if I can find them. The odd thing was they do not use top sheets. I asked the host and they said they do not use them. So you have no barrier between you and the comforter. This is something they should change. I did not like sleeping under the same blanket that unknown numbers of other people have slept under without a barrier.Beyond the top sheet, the stay was nice and gave us what we needed for our short trip. There is a yummy churro shop below the apartments, but you do not hear it because you’re on the third floor. Be prepared to climb steps. Starbucks is within a short walking distance, which is also convenient. The check-in process giving my name and my children’s name along with a picture of my ID and my face was a bit excessive. I would rather have not given my children’s first and last name. Simply asking how many minors would have worked as I am sure they have cameras to double check if you are being honest. The host responded quickly and was friendly.

The place itself was fine. Owners gave the wrong code to get in and we waited over an hour and a half outside in the freezing cold. The owner was not very responsive and finally gave us the right code to get in. It took so long. I honestly thought this may have been a scam. In addition, we had to answer so many questions to get the directions and code in the first place-such as our ages and hometown. The owner was apologetic and gave us a 30 discount. I appreciate this, but the experience getting in the place was just so bad, we almost left and drove several hours back to our home at night.

This was by far the lowest cost property in the neighborhood, and it was great on the inside. The host was oddly persistent asking for everyone's ID's, names, ages, etc., which is excessive and only the main guests ID is listed in the listing. This made me uncomfortable and concerned at first that it might be a scam of some kind.Ultimately we were given access only a little bit late, after some debating with them. The place is a 3rd floor walkup that is in good condition, well furnished, clean and comfortable. If it wasn't for the strange communications with the host I would strongly recommend.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found the unit clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, and that it provided good value for the neighborhood. Regarding the request for personal information, we understand it may have felt excessive. The building is self check-in, and for security purposes, building management requires the full names and ages of all guests to ensure everyone’s safety. Please rest assured that this information is kept secure. We appreciate your understanding and hope that despite the initial concerns, you still enjoyed your stay.

This is a great apartment in a great location. The host was very timely with communication and everything was clean. The only complaint is that one of the beds had some sand on it but the beach is not far away so it could have just been from the bottom of a beach bag. Overall it was a good place to stay
