Come unwind in our warm and inviting 2-bedroom apartment. It’s beautifully furnished with 2 queen-sized comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the little touches to make you feel right at home.



The Space:

The living area has a comfy sofa, TV, and a small desk if you need to get some work done. The kitchen comes with the modern appliances and essentials, and there’s a dining area where you can enjoy your meals or a morning coffee.



Both bedrooms are clean and comfy, and there’s one bathroom stocked with the basics. WiFi’s included, so you can stay connected or stream your favorite shows. It’s a relaxed, easygoing space that’s perfect for short stays or longer visits.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the space and listed amenities. We manage multiple properties, so you may be assigned to another unit with the same layout and features. Happy to help if you need anything while you’re here.



The Neighborhood:

Wrigleyville, a vibrant part of Chicago’s Lakeview, is centered around historic Wrigley Field and offers lively dining, entertainment, and nightlife within walking distance.

Tango Sur: Cozy BYOB Argentinian steakhouse known for grilled meats.



Crosby’s Kitchen: Family-friendly comfort food like rotisserie chicken and mac & cheese.

Public Transit:



CTA Red Line Sheridan Station is a 5-minute walk, with easy access to downtown and the North Side.



Bus routes #22 Clark, #152 Addison, and #36 Broadway run nearby, connecting to the Blue Line and lakefront.



Walkability:

Restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, Wrigley Field, and nightlife are within a 5–10 minute walk. Lake Michigan and parks are about 15 minutes away on foot.

Nearby Divvy stations and bike lanes on Grace St make cycling easy.



Driving & Parking:

Street parking is mostly permit-based with pay zones nearby. Easy access to Lake Shore Drive and Irving Park Rd for commuters.

We might need extra info like a government ID and additional screening as part of the booking process.

We’re cat-friendly (cats only, please!)—just let us know if you’re bringing one. There’s a $75 fee per cat. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.



Damage Waiver

For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.

After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred damage protection option.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.
