Very clean, beautiful home with special luxuries like a usable fireplace and view of Panther Pond through the trees. Use of a wonderful shared dock with adirondak chairs and kayaks. And so quiet! We really enjoyed our relaxing time in this home!

Beautiful home and property! Everything was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and more. The bedrooms were very comfortable and even had sleep masks and ear plugs on the bed when arrived! The view from the dock was breathtaking no matter what time of day. The host was super easy to get in touch with, and responds quickly. Our family vacation will be memorable thanks to your home. We’ll be back!

We came to stay to attend our son's college graduation and it was a perfect spot. Great property - beautiful spot on the lake with water views from every window. Great location that's both quiet and serene, but close to town. The house was spotless, perfectly maintained, and had everything we needed and more in terms of bedding, linens, kitchen supplies, kayaks, fire-pit, games, ping pong table. Property owners were very responsive and easy to work with - check-in was seamless, and check-out was easy with very little to do. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We had a winter stay. Beautiful home, warm, inviting and quiet this time of year. Convenient location just 15 minutes from town. Lots of space to play a game, read a book and enjoy family meals. Great host, responsive to all our messages.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Tranquil setting inside and out. Host was incredibly accomodating. This was a solo stay and I enjoyed the peace and relaxationg from my stay. This is definately one of my favorite stays at an amazing property. I will definately return on my next trip to Maine.

This is a lovely, up-to-date house in a great location. My wife and I stayed here with another couple. The house is big enough to comfortably accommodate two couples, with plenty of room to spare. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for quiet and privacy.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay on our rental on Panther Pond!The house was inviting, well-maintained and immaculate. The site is very quiet and peaceful. The grounds were beautiful and had easy access to the water and docks. We took advantage of the kayaks on several occasions. (Panther pond is one of our favorites in the area.)Inside, the bedding and seating were exceptionally comfortable. The house is extra roomy, and we loved just kicking back in the great room.The kitchen was especially well-equipped. We prepared several nice meals and appreciated the high-end appliances. Even the grill was clean which we’ve found is a rarity in vacation rentals.The owner was accommodating and communications with him were friendly and responsive.The Raymond area has easy access to Portland and also to the Western mountains.This is without a doubt one of the finest rental cottages in the area. Hopefully we can book another stay next year!Thank you very much!

We had an awesome time at this property. Location was very secluded and the pond was so much fun. The home itself was very spacious beds were great, tons of kitchen, utensils, and supplies. One thing to know if you’re gonna go to the coast everyday, everything is 45 minutes to an hour drive. We didn’t mind the drive because coming back and spending evenings at this property, by the pond or the fire was amazing. Andrew was a great communicator and got back to us very quickly to answer our questions. We will definitely rent it again.

Perfect Lakefront Getaway on Panther PondWe had a fantastic week at this beautiful lake house on Panther Pond. The home was clean, spacious, and had a great kitchen.The lake was peaceful and perfect for swimming and kayaking. We spent most days on the water and evenings grilling and relaxing by the fire pit. One enjoyable perk was the ping pong table in the basement — we had nightly tournaments that kept us entertained.The location was quiet yet close to stores and towns like Raymond and Windham. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome.Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing Maine vacation.
