Guests have full access to the studio, on-site parking, private forest-view deck, and the shared on-site amenities including the seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, sauna and clubhouse. Smart-lock self check-in makes arrival seamless.

☀️ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

⁃ Strict no-pets policy — owner has severe allergies, so this is firmly enforced
⁃ Only 1 parking permit is included — only 1 vehicle allowed on-site. Additional vehicles must park off-property at the driver`s discretion.
⁃ No central AC — the studio stays cool in the shade of the pines
⁃ Shared on-site amenities (pool, hot tub, clubhouse) follow posted operating hours

Forest surrounds you, the Tahoe Rim Trail Trailhead is a short drive, Kings Beach is just minutes away for sand and sun, and Northstar California Resort is only 6 minutes by car. Wake up to birdsong, sip coffee among the pines, and let the day unfold at your own pace. A peaceful base for cozy adventurers, small families, and remote weekenders.

● No smoking indoors
● Strict no-pets policy (owner has severe allergies)
● Only 1 vehicle allowed (1 parking permit)
● Quiet hours 10pm–8am
● No parties or events
● Please respect neighbors and treat the space as your own — this is a home, not a hotel, and there is no on-site staff 24/7
○ The parking pass is required to be returned before guest leaves. Guest can mail pass back to us- if we don’t receive it with 7 days of check out you will be charged $50 for a replacement.
○ No pets are allowed
○ Smoking is NOT allowed
○ No early check-in or late check-outs.
○ No unregistered guests allowed.
○ No food or drinks in the bunk-room please.
○ Quiet hours after 10PM.
○ Fines apply for damaged furnishings.
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver`s license prior to check-in
○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
○ Clubhouse Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pool Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
