Seagull Heights is a direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen ready for your family vacation. The Primary bedroom offers a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed that can accommodate up to three children. The hall bath is just next to the second bedroom and has a shower. There is also a stackable washer and dryer. Seagull Heights offers a private terrace accessible from the open concept living/dining room, providing breathtaking 180-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean. The building itself offers an impressive range of amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, two kiddie pools, an oceanfront sundeck, a parking garage, security, a sauna, a game room, a conference room, the Sand Bar (seasonal snack bar) and The Salty Pickle (a full-service bar with food). There are three elevators for your convenience. Seagull Heights is on the 14th floor and provides sweeping views of the Grand Strand, extending from Murrells Inlet to the expansive Atlantic horizon. Located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Grand Strand, Seagull Heights is within walking distance to Garden City Pier. This condo offers the convenience of nearby major transit routes, such as Hwy 17, Hwy 544, and Carolina Bays Parkway (Hwy 31), making it easy to explore surrounding cities.
