DUE TO A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN HOA FEES, UNIT SUPPLIES AND REPAIR COSTS, I CAN NO LONGER OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR WEEKLY RE-RENTERS.

3 DAY MINIMUM RENTALS ACCEPTED FROM 04/01 TO 10/31.
THE UNIT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MONTHLY RENTALS, ONLY WEEKLY RENTALS FROM 11/1 TO 3/31.

Unit 109 at One Ocean Place is located on first floor of the south tower with magnificent ocean front view and is equipped with high speed internet (100mbps)! Building has two service elevators but since unit is on 1st floor, there's no need to wait! There are 4 levels of parking available. Security guard on premises.

There are two 3 to 5 foot deep outside swimming pools and two Jacuzzis. Lounge chairs and tables located around pools. Pools and Jacuzzis open till 9 P.M.!

Two car per unit parking is allowed with security gate access!
Ocean is a stone's throw from the unit! Lifeguard on duty directly in front of building from 9 am to 5 pm daily from May 31st till Labor Day! Beach chairs and umbrella rentals available! Fresh water showers available after ocean swim. Restroom located near pool.

Conch restaurant within walking distance from condo! 5-10 minute ride to many fine regular & seafood restaurants! Outback, Lone Star, Gulf Stream, Crabby Mike's, etc. Arcade, amusements, & fishing pier 5 minutes from condo. Shopping, movies & restaurants at Grand Strand Mall! Major supermarket 1/2 mile from condo! Many miniature and regular golf courses nearby!!

Second time we went to this vrbo on the beach. My Mom is 89 and disabled. We love the perfect ocean view. Always clean! Always organized and stocked. The owner is so nice and very on top of things. We will go again!

1st.. Great Host! 2nd... Location! What an amazing view, this complex every condo has a great view. This one is great because of location in the complex. Very clean. We were on a girls trip, Myself and Best friend, Mom and her Best Friend. It was perfect location, we could be on the beach and they could stay on porch if need be and still feel a part. We ate in condo every meal but one. And ate every meal on the great deck! We didn't even turn on the TV in living room until 4th day. Already planning next years girls trip! Mike is a great host!

Great location

Perfect location between Garden City and Surfside with Conch Cafe right next door. Awesome views of the beach and on-site pool from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location and comfortable

The owner was great to work with. He immediately responded to any communication. We love the location and the set up of the condo. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again.

I think you may need better eyeglasses. The glassware, silverware and dishes are inspected and cleaned if required before each rental.

I am originally from New Jersey. I have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area since 1987 and moved here in 2003. I live in Murrells Inlet. I have a wonderful wife, 2 grown, married children and 5 grandchildren. I am a retired Senior Systems IT Analyst from ITT Industries in Clifton, New Jersey where I worked for 20 years. I served in the United States Navy from 1961 to 1966 aboard the USS Great Sitkin AE17 and the USS Laffey DD724 (Now at Patriot's Point, SC and the most decorated ship of WWII!)

It is a family oriented area and we cater only to family rentals. I chose this location because is centrally located near all major shopping areas and restaurants. The building is constructed of reinforced concrete and is meticulously kept as is the common grounds. The security guard on premises ensures the safety of all registered renters.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There is a great ocean view where you are able to see a spectacular sunrise most mornings, especially when you are eating breakfast out on the patio. Since you are on the first floor, you don't have to wait for an elevator. You can walk right to the unit if parked on the same level! Luggage carts available for renters use as well.
