Inside, you’ll find thoughtfully updated interiors blending comfort and style. The living areas are designed for relaxation, featuring contemporary furnishings and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or hosting a dinner night in.
Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, offering a cozy place to unwind after a day of work or exploration. The layout is perfect for both small groups and larger families looking for a long-term home base.
Conveniently located in Ventura City, you’re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, scenic trails, and of course, the California coastline. Whether you’re here for work, relocation, or just an extended break, this home is the perfect place to settle in and stay a while.
THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $500.00 per Month, and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 will be required to be paid after booking.
