Enjoy forever views from your private deck overlooking Marina Park and views of the Pacific Ocean just beyond.

Direct park / beach access from your private, fenced-in dog friendly backyard. Backyard includes patio table & seating for four (4) and propane BBQ.

Enjoy preparing your own home cooked meals in our fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities to make you feel at home. Dining table accommodates six (6) guests.

Living room offers a large sectional sofa complete with a cozy fireplace for at home evenings watching television or playing your favorite board games from our well stocked game closet.

Ground floor (1st floor) half bath for your convenience.

Our home offers two (2) upstairs king bedrooms complete with deck access and sunset views. Bedrooms share a "Jack & Jill" full bath with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms offer ample closet space and storage for guests'' convenience.

Carport parking and on-site washer and dryer for your convenience and use.

In home wi-fi and smart tv's for streaming.

Downtown Ventura offers many dining and shopping options. Camarillo Premium Outlets offer 160 stores for your shopping pleasure and are approximately 20 minutes south of our location.

The beach house was cozy and in a perfect location for my family to enjoy the beach and great weather. The house had everything we could have wanted to make our weekend getaway so pleasant. We look forward to visiting again.

This was such a great stay! Everything was clean, check in and out was easy, and there were lots of helpful things at the place (sunscreen, beach towels, dog trash bags, etc) for anything we could have needed! Highly recommend

Mary was a great host. There were lots of beach toys, umbrellas, towels and a cart to haul it all to the beach which wasn’t far at all. Great place to vacation. We will be back!

I love the duplex in Ventura. It is in a perfect location, very clean and accommodating with everything we need, the bonus is it is dog friendly .Can't wait to return.

Excellent location, easy access to ocean, marina and walking trails. (Our dog loved the grassy backyard.) We appreciated how well the house was stocked with essentials. Easy access to restaurants, gas stations grocery store and bakery. Would return if schedule allows.

We really enjoyed Mary’s property. The access to the park and beach was an added bonus. There is a nice grass yard if you bring a dog with you and the ability to walk across the street with your pet or just by yourself to view the beach was really enjoyable. The location was just an easy hour ride for most of the things we wanted to do. We toured around Santa Barbara Montecito. Our long drives was going to the Reagan library and Solvang. Grocery shopping was nearby also. Don’t hesitate to reserve this property.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with easy beach access and beautiful views that made every day feel relaxing. The home was ideal for our family, and it was so nice to find a place that comfortably accommodated our large dog as well. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a great vacation.The only thing we're bummed about is that we forgot to sign the guest book before we left! We would have loved to leave a note saying thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!

Our host, Mary, was very welcoming and easy to communicate with responding to all our inquiries. Her home was very cozy with everything we needed for an easy, comfortable stay plus a beautiful location that was near to our Ventura family.

Great Duplex and Great Location

We enjoyed our time there!! The back gate leading to the Marina Park and beach was definitely a plus. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved sitting on the upstairs balcony with our coffee in the morning looking out at the ocean - very relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property owner was excellent to communicate with, the space has a great little backyard, great location, an upstairs & downstairs. We hope to visit again.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was very well appointed with anything you could want/need. Plenty of towels, bikes, umbrellas, etc. for the beach. Views were great and the beds were extremely comfortable. My spouse and I will definitely stay there again!

Relaxing Stay

We stayed in Ventura for nearby training in Ojai. Mary's place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and you could walk to the beach right outside the back gate. The location is not too far to the highway making it easy to go everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the sheets super soft. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

The park & ocean are right there for enjoyment. A lovely backyard. Nice views from the upstairs bedrooms. A well stocked kitchen & a comfortable living room. Everything you need for a great vacation.
