We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Being on the ground floor made unloading and loading the car incredibly easy, and having two EV chargers just outside the back door was a huge convenience. Keeping our Tesla charged throughout the trip was effortless.Our favorite part of the stay was the beach. Eastern Lake Beach Access at the end of San Roy quickly became one of our favorite spots along 30A. It was such a unique experience watching our daughter catch minnows in the coastal dune lake while we relaxed on the beach and enjoyed an incredible sunset. Those are memories we’ll always remember.The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you’re looking for a convenient location with easy beach access, family-friendly amenities, and the added bonus of on-site EV charging, this is an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Overall, the condo is in a great location and is within walking distance of the beach. Upon arrival, it appeared nice at first glance. However, we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues that affected our stay.The couch had multiple stains, and the chair in the bedroom was also noticeably stained. The floors were sandy upon arrival, and after walking barefoot, the bottoms of our feet became black, suggesting the floors had not been thoroughly mopped before our stay. Both closets also appeared to be used primarily for storage rather than guest use.The listing accommodates up to six guests, but only three beach chairs were provided, and one of them was torn.The most significant issue was that the washer and dryer were not functioning during our stay. We stayed from July 16–22, 2026, and were unable to do laundry the entire time. This inconvenience ultimately led us to leave early.I contacted the property manager to report the issue, but my experience with customer service was disappointing. I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and I did not feel they were taken seriously.The location is a definite positive, but due to the cleanliness concerns, the inoperable washer and dryer unit and my experience with customer service, I would not choose to stay at this property again.
