The room was perfect for my family and very close to the beach and numerous restaurants. We've stayed at Gulf Place before and will definitely return!

Family Friendly Location

This was our first stay in Santa Rosa Beach. The unit was in a great location with numerous eating destinations within walking distance. The beach was pristine, weather was great and crowds were just about the right size. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property very clean, a bit outdated but with the views and cleanliness I would stay again except with the problems with the lock on the door and customer service from the property management team

Great Place to stay!

We have stayed at Gulf Place several times and this was a great unit. Balcony was larger than some we have had. It was well equipped and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and great view from our balcony!

Nice condo with great location- few items to note

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The 2 things that we encountered that weren’t so pleasant was the musty smell in the condo and the TVs. The one in the bedroom we couldn’t get working at all and the cable or service in the main living room was spotty at best. I know mustiness is hard to deal with in a constantly humid environment but it smelled like it was in the rug and the duct system.

Nice place

We were looking for somewhere to stay for the evening after spending the day at the beach. This place was great. There were minor things that need to be updated. The beds were very comfortable.
