Host was very nice and had excellent communication. Host went above and beyond for our stay. Fire place kept everything warm and cozy and host provided more then enough firewood. We loved the personal touches in the decor and were blown away at the live christmas trees! The near by creek provided relaxing sounds for an amazinng nights rest.This cabin is the perfect getaway in a natures paradise.

The check-in process was very easy. Tony is a great host, answered any questions we had and made the visit very easy. The location is back up in a small canyon that is very quiet and close enough to stores or restaurants that it wasn’t an issue. There is a large fenced in area perfect for dogs on one side with seating areas on all sides of the house. We would mostly sit on the deck in the mornings and evenings enjoying the quiet and watching the wildlife. There are hiking trails accessible without even getting in a car. We will definitely keep our eyes open for this property on future vacations to Big Bear. Thanks again to Tony for the great hang gliding stories and wonderful weekend!

We had a fantastic time. The house was quite secluded from the town and other people. However, I must mention that the street leading to the house is quite steep. As shown in the listing pictures the house has a double-door view, but the French doors on the right are covered with borders and about waist high of pine wood that were be used to start the fire.Overall, we had a wonderful time at this place, and the house was very welcoming.

We stayed at this cabin in Big Bear Lake for my birthday trip with friends and had an amazing time. Everything about the cabin was perfect. The heating system worked great and kept the cabin very cozy, which was especially important for a winter trip. There was also a barbecue that we used a lot, and it was a great addition for group meals. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials we needed for cooking, which made everything very convenient. The location of the cabin is excellent, very close to the village, so getting around was easy. Tony, the owner, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, this cabin exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely choose it again for another trip to Big Bear.
