Awesome property. Everything you need for your stay. Cozy and comfortable. People in town are super nice and friendly. At the end of your trip you bring your trash to a designated site, make sure to sort and separate recycle and trash.

Great location close to Snow Sumit and the Village. Clean property. Small but with plenty of space to spread out. Quiet location tucked far enough off the road to avoid traffic noise but within close proximity to everything. Nice little fenced backyard if you have pets. Loved it!

Perfect getaway

Great time with the family here. Perfect place to get away from the busy world. The house is cozy and perfect for a family to get together. Host was accommodating. Would definitely come back in the future.

Weekend getaway

Had a great time in big bear while enjoying this beautiful cabin. It was bing enough for for 6 guests. Only downside was that the master bedroom had a queen size bed instead of a king.

Beautiful house in perfect location

We needed an escape from the craziness on the 4th of July and this property checked all the boxes. The amount of provided fans was great, it made a huge difference dealing with the heat. Only suggestion, add a few more kitchen utensils for cooking and a knife sharpener. Other than that, it was great!!

Amenities needed some help

Property was dark, 4 tv remotes with limited apps. No iron, not enough towels. No extra blankets. Found extra pillows but no pillow cases. Coffee pot did not work.

Nice location and mostly clean, relatively cheap price, about all the good there was. Everything is very, very old and in crummy shape. We found broken things all over the place; kitchen chair fell apart (I fixed it), multiple broken blinds, multiple broken curtain rod hangars some completely ripped out of the wall, rickety stairs, deck boards about to fall through, sliding door off its track, windows that wouldn't open, kitchen faucet water lines are reversed which made for a nice scalding surprise thinking it was on cold water, nearly every landscape light in the front yard was broken and in pieces, broken floor fan, of which there are many, presumably because the AC doesn't work, I could go on. There is also no garage included, even though the listing photo says "..2 story home and a garage..." (I asked them to update that). Maintenance was quick to remedy the semi-dangerous things for us, but this place needs a lot of repairs and TLC. Great place to bring a party crew since everything is already broken for you and they have 20 wine glasses and another dozen shot glasses for the parties you're not supposed to have. I'd look elsewhere otherwise.

2022 New Year's R&R

Amazing and quite location. Great ambiance for a family getaway. Walking distance to snow summit and restaurants.
