The pool depth ranges from approximately 4 feet to 6 feet. Spa is heated by pool system (not a separate hot tub) and has working jets/bubbles.

October 1 through April 30 - there is a $50 per day pool/spa heating fee that will be requested after booking through the VRBO payment system. This includes heat up to 84 degrees. If you desire heat between 84 and 90 degrees there is a $75 per day heating fee. Heating above 90 degrees is not permitted.

May 1 through September 30 - pool/spa heating is generally not needed due to summer temperatures keeping the water between 84-87 degrees naturally. The heater is disabled in the summer months and is only available if requested and weather is unseasonably cold. In summer months heating is not permitted above 87 degrees if used. Additional fee will be requested.
