We settled in for a 6 night stay and it was so comfortable! We had stayed here previously, so it was like moving back in. We slept well, enjoyed breakfast in the kitchen, and even watched 3 fawns that were nestled safely in the garden. This was a convenient place to stay as we spent time in the Belding area.

This was a very nice house that was very comfortable and was a very pleasant place to stay. We used to live in Grand Rapids, so this was a nice base of operations as we visited friends and family. There are also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance.

This property is amazing. From the moment you walk in you know you are some place special. Beautifully decorated, comfy seating for watching tv, main living great for late night conversation or a quiet morning cup of tea. Quiet corner lot. Greeted one morning by 2 adult deer and 3 young ones in the backyard!

3 of us travelled to the area for a music event. This house was our home for 3 nights. We could not have asked for a better rental. Very clean and accommodating. Beds were comfy. Quiet location with a nice backyard to enjoy. A vintage house that is updated, nicely decorated and has a great vibe.

Great property. Clean and well taken care of. Host communicates well. We had a small tech issue when checking in, but it an unexpected issue with the app. Everything worked out and we enjoyed the stay!

Our Happy Place is a wonderful home and the Host is absolutely great. The communication was always prompt, friendly and thorough. We felt lucky to enjoy such a beautiful home that had everything that we needed both inside and out. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and winding down in the peaceful back area. It's easy to see that the Hosts truly care about the home and the comfort of their guests.

We stayed for several days and it felt like home, for us. The house was beautiful, charming, comfortable, and serene. It was decorated in a tasteful manner. We loved the artwork that was displayed throughout the home, and wished it had been summer so we could have enjoyed the patio and gardens. We will stay again, on a visit to Belding.

Absolutely love the VRBO! Very quiet and very nice location. Everything is there that you need for a great stay. The deer with her 3 fawns were in the back yard every morning, simply amazing! One suggestion is to be able to use the washer/dryer which is normally a deal breaker for us if there isn’t one available. That being said we would still highly recommend your beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Mike, thank you so much for your kind words and for being such a caring and gracious guest. Yes, we are well aware of the constraint with no guest access to washer and dryer. It is not easy to resolve with the current setup in the basement. We're afraid this will remain a limitation for the foreseeable future and accept the fact that some guests will pass us over as a result. Thanks again!

Happy Place

We loved our stay at this lovely and charming house. It is beautifully decorated with everything that you would need. It is also very spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults. The house is located at the end of a quiet street which is perfect for relaxing inside or outside on the decks. The host was wonderful to work with and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay there again. We thoroughly enjoyed “Our Happy Place.”
