This Beautiful, luxury Townhouse is part of Canetani Properties, a small, private charitable gift fund where 100% of the profits from rentals of these properties goes to charity. The focus of the charity is on disaster relief (i.e Red Cross), low income housing (Habitat for Humanity), and sustainable economic development in developing countries.There are currently five properties in this program - our three bedroom townhouse in Breckenridge, Colorado, two two bedroom condos in the Coco/Ocotal area of Costa Rica and two Penthouse two bedroom condos in the Waipouli Beach Resort in Kauai, Hawaii.
