Located in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores this one-bedroom, 1.5-bath hotel suite offers you fantastic views from your Gulf-front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck.

This suite offers you a fully equipped kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a King-size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional half bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Good Value for In Season

We chose this property because we only needed one night before a week at a beach house! It was a very popular weekend and we were happy to get a beachfront place that allowed one night. We weren't aware that you had to checkin with someone to get your parking pass so we didn't get it until the next morning. Would've been more convenient to have it in the room or a note in the room explaining to pick it up. Also the elevator situation is rough even when working correctly, and then one of them broke during our stay leaving folks in line with all their belongings for up to 45 minutes.

4 of 5 stars overall. The unit is a bit dated and needs to be refreshed or painted throughout. Ceiling fans are dirty. Glasses and cutlery need to be replaced. Needs a cookie sheet. We would do a short stay again, but not a longer stay.

As Advertised

Property was exactly as described. Although a little tight for my family of five, accommodations worked out well for us. Tenth floor overlooking the beach was great. Kids loved the property and easy beach access. Only downside was the slow elevators at the building, which is no fault of the property itself.

Phoenix on the beach

A good location. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was very adequate. Appliances were new. View was wonderful. WiFi a little bit weak.

Perfect Location and Room Size

Very easy check-in process. Perfect size for 3 people. We did a short 2 night stay last minute. Anything we needed for a short stay was on hand. Towels, bedding, kitchen accessories. Walking distance to places to eat without having to drive. The beachfront view from the balcony was what we needed for a relaxing short stay. Thank you!

Just right!

The room was just the perfect size for the two of us! It was clean and nice. We had one issue and it was that the shower did not drain well. If this is fixed it will be a lovely spot for a get away!!!
