Bring the whole fam, to this great place with lots of room for fun, lake front 5bedroom 3 bath. 1-king bed, 3 queens, 4 twin bunk beds and a twin daybed with trundle. Shuffleboard table, cornhole, Pac Man, Playstation 5, fenced yard, huge rocking chair back porch overlooking the lake with outdoor dining and a couch as well as ping pong. This place has it all! Alberta Banks Park down the street with Pickleball, we have paddles for Pickleball, tennis and baseball. Aqualand and Old Federal down the road. Flowery Branch Winery just down the street less than a mile, Branch House tavern for good food and live music about 1.5 miles away. Close to it all but tucked away.

Please leave comforters and shams on beds and not stacked with other dirty laundry, these will be removed and taken to laundry mat. Please return speakers inside and plug in, TURN THERMOSTAT TO 74.

Our family gathered at this classic lake house and had lots of fun. Two gathering areas gave the kids a place to go, and the screened in porch suited everyone. The dock was large and seemed new--on a deep, quiet cove that was great to hang out in. We enjoyed our stay.

Melanie has to be one of the best host I have encountered. The communication is great and we just loved the property. The deck and dock are great for entertaining, plus you can get some amazing sunset pictures. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay.The location on the lake was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the dock and taking in the views. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing lakeside retreat.

Melanie is the nicest ever and was so accommodating. The house has everything you could want or need and more. We had a blast and everyone wants to go back. 11/10 experience and overall weekend.

The house is as described. Everyone enjoyed the party dock and fire pit. The host was very accommodating and always responded quickly.

Our family enjoyed all the features of this home. We spent a lot of time on the deck and dock. Plenty of room for game playing and mealsSunsets were gorgeous!
