The Space:
This two-bedroom pied e terre offers a Classic Charleston experience. Airy Piazza porch offers a tranquil space to lounge right in the heart of downtown. The historic parlor combines a living and kitchen space with high ceilings, original architectural details, and comfortable furnishings. All bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms have been renovated for modern comforts.
The property features:
Grand bedroom with a King bed, luxury bed linen, and an en-suite bathroom
A guest bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
A sleeper sofa in the living room is a queen bed.
The open-plan kitchen and living area are fully equipped, featuring a large fridge-freezer with an ice dispenser, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The lounge area has a luxury sofa with plush chairs and is a great spot to curl up with a book or watch a film on the large TV.
Access to your own large private outdoor porch
A laundry area with a washer and dryer.
Complimentary parking for one vehicle is provided in the covered, secure parking garage one block away!
A FOB parking pass will be included with the stay.
There is a location tracking device on the FOB, allowing it to be found if lost or misplaced.
Guest Access:
The unit has coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all vital check-in information three days before arrival. Please enter through the front door of our historic Charleston home, which is the private entrance to the unit. Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis.

Become a Charleston local at the 80 Society main house. It is located in the heart of the downtown peninsula, with a neighborhood location rated a 99/100 walkability score. Explore Charleston easily, steps from King Street and a short distance from all the historical areas on the peninsula. Too hot or too far to walk? That's not a problem. Charleston offers a variety of transportation options, such as a free downtown shuttle, pedicab, or ride-share companies. Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
