The Kitchen House at 68 Broad was everything it was advertised. The host was very responsive, and even allowed us to store our luggage in the unit prior to check in so we could explore the city because we got into Charleston 4 hours before the regular check in. We definitely would stay here again. It was in the middle of everything and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, so we didn't need a car.

Close to everything. It was very clean and well stocked. There was good off road parking . Stairs upstairs are VERY narrow and difficult to get large suitcase up the stairs.

Very nicely appointed unit in a great location. Set in the kitchen/carriage house built almost 200 years ago.Cozy with lots of charm. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful trip to Charleston and enjoyed staying here. Had everything we could need and is walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit!

I was on Broad St between a guest house and Washington Park so quiet The garden was lovely. The kitchen needs less serving dishes and not outside table inside but a true kitchen table. Slipcovers in living room need cleaning. Hot water is after a 5 minute wait. I do feel it is a lovely, appealing place and see you next year.
