While we understand that any disruption is frustrating, we tried to be transparent so guests could make informed decisions. HOA Maintenance Entry: The maintenance team that needed access to the unit was hired by the HOA, and unfortunately, we were not given a specific schedule for their entry. We immediately notified the HOA after being made aware of the incident and fully understand how unsettling that moment must have felt. AC Issue & Compensation Offer: We regret the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning and offered an additional night at no cost as a gesture to make up for the disruption. We understand this solution didn’t meet your expectations, and we're sorry it didn’t provide relief. Cleanliness Concerns: We take cleanliness very seriously and are extremely disappointed to hear about the issues you found. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have sent housekeeping back immediately to resolve them. Ceiling Fans & Sofa Bed: We were not made aware of any issues with the ceiling fans or sofa bed during your visit. If we had known, we would have sent maintenance to correct them right away. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can ensure these items are addressed promptly. Photos & Listing Details: The photos in the listing reflect the correct unit. We’ll double-check to ensure there is no confusion regarding the beachfront deck photo and make adjustments if needed for clarity. Again, we’re sorry your stay was impacted in so many ways.
