Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath home with a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bow deck, and a private aft patio. The bedroom features a new queen-size bed and a queen-size Murphy bed, offering flexibility for up to 4 guests. In the living room, there's a new queen sofa sleeper, accommodating could accomodate 2 more guests.
Our full bathroom boasts a refreshing stand-up shower with excellent water pressure. For your entertainment, we've provided 2 smart TVs with access to your favorite streaming channels and WiFi.
Planning a summer getaway with a larger group? Consider booking both sides of our duplex, Bay Breeze Starboard and Port Side, to accommodate up to 12 guests or more. Contact our host for more information and assistance in booking both sides. Your perfect St. Andrews Bay escape awaits!

For those arriving by air, our home is conveniently located just 35 minutes or 23 miles from Northwest Florida International Airport (ECP), situated on West Bay Parkway. Your journey to our welcoming St. Andrews Bay neighborhood couldn't be more accessible.

Booking Guidelines:
Complete Profile Required: Ensure your profile is complete with a clear, full-face photo (not of a pet, etc).
Verification Requirements: To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require email and phone number verification, as well as a verified 'government ID' such as a driver's license or passport.
House Rules:
24/7 Exterior Surveillance: Please be aware that our property has 24/7 video surveillance outside for your safety and security.
Age Restriction: Guests must be at least 30 years of age to make a reservation.
No Parties: We maintain a peaceful environment, so kindly keep music volume at a considerate level, and observe 'Quiet Time' strictly enforced from 10:00 PM.
House Towels: Please refrain from taking any house towels outside (of any size), and avoid sitting on furniture or beds when wet.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home or disposing of smoking waste within the premises.
Check-In and Check-Out: Please adhere to our check-in time arriving no earlier than 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out beyond 10 AM incurs a charge of $100 per hour.
Visitors by Approval: Guests are not allowed to bring visitors without prior approval from the host. Additional guest fees apply only when approved by the host.
Pet Policy: Do not leave pets unattended, tethered, or kenneled at the property at any time.
Child Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times. The property lacks safety gates for decks or deck stairs, and there may be unsecured cleaning products and liquid laundry packets in various places. Safety risks, like stoves, cookers, BBQ grills, kettles, are not secured with child locks or placed out of reach.
Respect the Environment: Do not leave any items, such as trash, fish hooks, or other belongings on the bay beach. Keep St. Andrews Bay clean and respect shared spaces.
Enforcement of House Rules: Failure to follow or remedy any house rules will result in immediate eviction. We kindly request that you respect our neighbors and our home by adhering to all house rules.

Hello. My name is Kim, and I am a professional host and owner of several rental properties both in Missouri and Florida. Of the two, I call Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri home. I love it here. So much so, that I spent 25 years here full time but am lucky enough to travel between the two states. I encourage you to come check out all that the area offers for all ages and interests. Look up area happenings and plan to attend one while visiting. Also, be sure to check out some of the shopping, restaurants and Historic St. Andrews and Downtown St. Andrews.
