The house is in a perfect location. Short walk to the beach and the nearby village. The beds were comfortable and the host supplied some amenities for the kitchen and laundry. The host kept in constant communication with us to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time.

Our family of 4 loved being so close to the beach and having a beautiful pool to enjoy. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the elevator was a nice feature to avoid the stairs with luggage. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay steps from the beach and just a short walk to restaurants and shops.

The house was fully stocked with everything you could ever need and the management team was very responsive and attentive. The location is perfect, just across the street from the beach and the pool is amazing for the kids.My only complaint is that the street does get very loud at night. I wasn't expecting this, but after speaking with some of the locals understand that it's due to spring break. Some of the fixtures need updating like blinds that were broken, but overall it was a very nice stay.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing Monarch Villa for your family vacation! We're thrilled to hear that you found the house fully stocked and that our management team was responsive and attentive. The location and pool are definitely highlights, especially for families with kids. We completely understand about the street noise — spring break season can bring extra activity to the area, and we appreciate your understanding after learning more from the locals. Regarding the blinds and fixtures, we truly appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We've already scheduled repairs and updates to ensure everything is in top shape for future guests. Overall, we're so glad you had a very nice stay and we'd love to welcome you back again!

Great House and Convenient Lication

The house was well stocked and in a great location. The road noise from cruisers was annoying when on the front balcony, but that was the only downside of the great house.

Large home so we had plenty of room to move around. Teens had their own spaces. Directly across from beach access and had its own pool! Management was so nice and responded immediately with questions. Check in was a breeze! Definitely will come again!

The condo is amazing. Beautiful, clean , spacious . Everything you could possibly need was there . The pool is fabulous as is the surrounding patio area . Ping pong table was fun ! The balconies are perfect for sitting out with a book and a glass of wine . The 2 minute walk to the beach is so convenient.. multiple swims in one day ! The beach is beautiful. Ahhh that quartz sand ..it's like powder. The water is the most incredible shade of blue-green . The water temperature was perfect. Lots of great places to eat/ shop in the village. There is a free shuttle but we preferred to walk ..an enjoyable 10 minute walk . Oh, and the little welcome gift was so nice ..And delicious!( Cupcakes!)Also appreciated the kitchen and bathroom starter packs (dishwasher and washing machine pods, lotion, soap , shampoo , conditioner, body wash). So nice of the property managers to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt like we were in Paradise!

The Monarch is fit for a King & Queen et al

What a great place to visit. We absolutely can't find a thing wrong with it, and it had everything anyone would want. The kitchen was complete with two kinds of coffee pots, the bedrooms were comfortable and the beds were great! The cabana room was a plus for us and we enjoyed every minute of our stay and the view of the beach!!! Thank you for paying such close attention to your customers needs. Thanks Sharlene! Isn't that cabana room so fun?! It's just nice to have the "inside meet the outside" in that fantastic room that connects the pool area to the home. Just a great way to spend a day when not on America's favorite #1 beach right across the street! Please don't stay gone too long! We can't wait for your return! Love, The Cottages Crew

Spring Break Vacation

For 10K, I was underwhelmed with the property. The pool was great, but the inside of the house was dated, and we had to call maintenance multiple times for an elevator repair, dishwasher repair, leaky kitchen faucet replacement, patio doors misaligned and unable to close and lock. I will say that property management company was extremely responsive to our requests but for the money, this was not worth it..

Spring break at Monarch

We stayed at the monarch villa for 7 days. Upon entering the villa we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and relaxing spa music playing on the tv in the living room with ocean scenes. That was a very cool touch. Besides some minor issues with outdated blinds falling off and some parts of the property not fully repaired yet from the storm (not a big issue) we absolutely loved our stay. It’s a very large villa with stone floors downstairs and glass tables etc. keep this in mind if you have small children. There are two sets of stairs that don’t work with baby gates because of the type of railing/baseboards that are there but we rigged something up to make it safer. Definitely better suited for older children and adults or young children who aren’t as active and wild as mine. The elevator was very handy getting our luggage in and out. The team at cottages on the keys were super responsive and friendly. They came right out to fix a door we had issues with shutting and came and cleaned the pool area that needed attending to as soon as our neighbors renting the other side requested it. The main bedroom is right on the road and we were there for spring break so it was very loud on the street but the rest of the villa was pretty quiet. 2 minute walk to the beach and about an 8 minute walk to town so a very convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for your feedback. We are thinking about changing our pool heating season to begin on November 1 instead of mid November. We agree that some years the cooler weather comes early in the fall season and it's just not conducive for swimming every day. If at all possible, we hope you will come back to us and we can make you happy in this way on your next stay! Until then, #CottageOn! Love, The Cottages Crew
