Private home since 1956. Renovated in 2010 with updated decor in 2019. Get a taste of “Old Florida with broken tile floors. Home contains 1600 square feet with large inviting open concept living room/ dining/kitchen. Gas fireplace for winter visitors. Screened porch with large fenced backyard, gas grill, and chiminea for those summer evenings.
King master with 32 inch TV. Queen bedroom which opens into 3rd bedroom contains 2 sets of bunk beds. Ceiling fans in every room. One bathroom and outdoor shower. Laundry room with large washer/ dryer. Kitchen has coffeemaker, blender, toaster and dishes for 8.

This is a completely non smoking home. If evidence of smoking found total damage deposited will be forfeited.

Linens and towels for 8 provided.

Beach chairs for 4 adults and 2 children, small beach umbrella,
4 beach towels available for guest use.

Minimum rental age is 25. Responsible ( signing) party must be staying at the home for the length of the rental period. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental payments. This is a FAMILY RENTAL

Absolutely perfect

I loved the house and it was perfect for the relaxing getaway we were seeking. The area felt safe and quiet. Easy access to the beach, wonderful yard that my pup enjoyed so much. I will happily return to this treasured family home. Check-in was easy, no issues gaining access. Thank you, Deborah for a wonderful stay!

We are traveling with dog, he has the best time running in and out. My granddaughter sweet 16. We had the best time. Be back for sure.

Nice house

The house was nice with a great backyard for our dog to run around in. Due to circumstances beyond the owners control, the first 2 days were rough. No fridge & no water for 2 days.

Lovely beach house literally steps away from sand and close to great shopping area with fenced in private back yard is paradise to us. We look forward to many more visots to Berties.

Great privacy by the beach!

The location was wonderful, area nice and clean on streets and beach. The house although close to other beach houses was very private and the fenced back yard was perfect.

Perfect location

This house was in the perfect location and accurately described as being steps away from the beach. My family absolutely loved every minute and we will most definitely be staying here again. I also want to mention the host was amazing at quickly responding to me and she’s very very nice!

PCB Awesome Vacation

We had a great stay at Bertie’s Beach Bungalow! It was exact in the description! Perfect location! We walked almost everywhere. It is close to Pineapple Willies, the Wharf and of course the beautiful beach! Not overly crowded with people on the beach. We enjoyed the grill and our pup enjoyed moving about in the backyard. We had a great experience and can’t wait to return soon!

Precious cottage

Precious cottage away from the business of the strip. Nice back yard. Convenient to the beach. It wasn’t a problem for us, but for safety, you may want to lower the temperature on the hot water heater.

Great location ! Easy walk to the beach which is so convenient to come & go. The beach area was wonderful. It’s close to public condos but not to crowded.

Fall Break Getaway

Felt like a home away from home. Great location. Close to everything. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the little fenced in yard. The only thing else I would of liked would have been a hottub... would love to stay again.

Much needed recovery time

This little house and its contents make you feel like you are staying with family. Much of the time my (adult) son and I spent reading through the books in the little bedroom library and looking at pictures. We needed quite time it was wonderful

Just like home

This is our 4th time at the property. Almost feels like home now. Easy beach access. Near multiple restaurants and attractions. Perfect quaint little home. Our dog loves the yard. Will be back again

Best Beach House!!

We loved our stay at Bertie’s Beach Bungalow!! Plenty of room for 4 adults 2 teens and a dog. Backyard was perfect! We enjoyed the back patio as well! We loved having the convenience of a home and not a hotel. They have pretty much everything you need to cook and enjoy your day at the beach! The walk to the beach was very close, not far at all!! You are able to walk back to the house for a drink or go to the restroom! So nice!!! Plus you are literally minutes away from everything! Also, street is very quiet, no traffic at all! We felt very safe! We will be back!

Everything in house was great. Pups enjoyed backyard although it could use a little maintenance. A few flowers in pots out front would improve the curb appeal.

Cozy cottage

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, only issue was getting the tv to work in the main bedroom. Only steps to the beach and walking distance to pineapple Willey’s. I would say that we will be back again!
