This is a beautiful property with so much space. I came with my family and it was perfect for all our needs. It is close to town and was an easy drive to the very nice beach that is in Caseville. There is also a small private beach area just steps from the cabin. It is probably the cleanest property that I have stayed at. The hosts were very kind and easy to reach. My kids loved playing games out in the tree house game room. We will definitely stay here again!

We all truly enjoyed our stay! We’ve stayed at several rentals in the Caseville/Port Austin area over the years, and this location was definitely one of our favorites. We make an annual family trip every Labor Day weekend with my two kids, my mom, sister, and aunt, and this rental was perfect for us.The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and even allowed us to change our stay dates when I accidentally booked the wrong days. We really appreciated their understanding and flexibility.We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely book this rental again for our next family trip!

Was.....OK

Was just....ok. really outdated furniture, beds were old, nothing but chairs for the beach so bring beach toys etc if you have kids. No views of the lake unfortunately as well.

We do keep our furnishings well-maintained and have replaced several items in the past year, including new mattresses in some of the bedrooms. While our listing photos and description accurately show the lake view from the property, we understand that everyone’s preferences are different. We always strive for an enjoyable stay and appreciate the opportunity to clarify for future guests.

While the main house itself was clean the outside is covered in webs and dead bugs. The only usable outdoor furniture was on the deck but we had to clean off the chairs and the table before using them. The "Treehouse" was unusable as there were too many cobwebs inside. We couldn't open the windows because we wouldn't reach through them to open the windows to cool it off.The listing was not accurate as it listed 4 bedrooms but in reality there are only 2 bedrooms with 5 beds. There is a full size futon in the living room and a twin futon in the sitting room neither of which are bedrooms. When we went to use the barbecue grill it was apparent it had not been cleaned in a long time. After spending quite some time cleaning the grill we had trouble lighting it. The nice neighbor loaned us a proper lighter to light the grill but we still couldn't get it lit as it was out of propane. The same neighbor loaned us a tank and we were able to get the grill to light but could only use one burner. When we tried to turn on the other burners it caused the first burner to extinguish the flame. We finally cooked on the one burner. The proximity to town and the public beach was nice but the private beach was underwhelming. If the listing had been accurate and some attempt to clean the outside of the house and the inside of the tree house had been made we would have given a better rating. I suggest updating the listing.

This is a super cute little cottage right near Caseville! Very comfortable and cozy. Air conditioning and fans were just right for us. Big enough for a family. Very clean and a few steps from the beach..

Cute, clean and had everything you need. The host was friendly and responded promptly. The beach was a bit dissapointng for swimming but its close to the county beach.
