House was clean, had everything we needed, and we loved the location! It was so nice to be able to bike, walk, scooter to the beach or town. Our kids loved the theater room too!

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The home is stunning, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We had five adults and four children (ages 7–13), and everyone had plenty of space — nobody felt crowded or on top of each other.The patio overlooking the river is everything. I spent every morning enjoying coffee on the upper deck, and it quickly became my favorite part of the trip. The house is so inviting that simply hanging out together felt like a vacation in itself.The location is perfect, too. The ice cream shop down the street became a frequent stop for us, more than I’d like to admit. The beach is truly just a five‑minute walk.We all wished we could have stayed longer. This home made our trip so special, and we would return in a heartbeat.

House was beautiful, clean and as advertised. We celebrated my father's 75th birthday here which happened to coincide with Memorial Day. We were disappointed that not much was open (including the Dairy Queen which was only one block away, and easily walkable). We were told by locals that not much opens until school is out for the summer. Hot tub was relaxing. Movie room was very nice. The "Cave" was a huge fan of the men. Teenager slept in basement and reported it was quite noisy and they could hear everyone walking around and talking upstairs, but take that with a grain of salt!! LOL

This is a beautiful property! It is within walking distance of most everything you would want to do. The “fan cave” is such a fun place to hangout, and the movie theater is great for family movie time. There is plenty of room for big families.
