POOL RENOVATION NOTICE

The pool next to our building will be closed for replastering from October 25 – November 25. During this period, guests may hear intermittent construction noise from saw cutting, demolition, and tile work.

Pool 2 and the Poipu Kai Pool will remain fully available throughout the closure, and we've reduced the nightly rate to reflect the temporary inconvenience. Mahalo for your understanding!

Get ready for an awesome stay at this fun and freshly remodeled vacation rental in Poipu Kai Resort! This ground-floor condo is peaceful and quiet—tucked away from the busy road and parking lot. It’s right next to a big green lawn and looks out at the pool and hot tub—perfect for jumping in after a beach day.

THE CONDO - REGENCY 410
We recently added this extravagant 1300 square foot condo located at The Regency resort with all the amenities. Each of the two bedrooms is very spacious and has a dedicated bathroom, giving everyone privacy. We fell in love with the spacious floor plan, hip interior and lush tropical surroundings and hope you will too!

Stay cool with air conditioning in both bedrooms (Please note AC is ONLY available in the bedrooms) or open up the lanai and enjoy a refreshing breeze throughout the condo. The condo’s location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy walk away. We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun!

With stylish upgrades and comfy vibes, this might just become your go-to vacation spot every time!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Primary bedroom has a king size bed. Primary bath has double sink and walk in shower
• 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom across the hallway features a shower-bathtub combo.

We have smart TVs in the Living Room and the 2nd bedroom

LOCATION
Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai’s best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach).
The condo is part of The Regency resort. You will have access to two pools with hot tubs and tennis courts. Self-parking is complementary, a dedicated parking spot is provided. Arrive any time after 4pm and check-in yourself with the key-less electronic door lock.! Whether you want to swim, chill, or explore, this place is in a great spot for all of it.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There shall be no refunds of rental payments due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, observation of insects or pests, tenant work demands or family emergencies whether they are inside or outside the State of Hawaii.

We recommend getting Travel Insurance prior to your trip.

You will be given a Rental Agreement to sign summarizing the rental rules after booking.

Our condo gets fully booked in high season, which unfortunately means we cannot offer late check-outs. If your flight leaves late in the evening, allow yourself one extra night.

Please note: All cancellations are subject to the Administrative Fee, which remains non-refundable.

Hurricane Season Notice: Hawaii's hurricane season runs June through November, with peak activity in August and September. Storms and hurricanes are a predictable seasonal weather pattern, and in most cases, forecasts or storm threats alone don't meet the criteria for a refund if guests decide not to travel. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
