Calling all beach lovers & fun-seekers! The Lookout is your Jamaica Beach oasis. Less than a 2-minute drive to the beach, this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house is ready for you. Unwind on the shore, then cool off in our sparkling pool back home. Craving friendly competition? Challenge your crew to table tennis or foosball in our large game room - fun for all ages! Perfect for families, friends, or a solo escape, The Lookout offers everything for your unforgettable Jamaica Beach getaway!



● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.



● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas



● Beach access: Less than a 2 minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.



● Private pool: This home has a private in-ground pool in the backyard.



● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park.



● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.



● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.



● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.



● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 10 guests must be approved prior to booking.



● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.



The Lookout offers ample space for families or groups to spread out and relax. The expansive ground floor game room, complete with a comfy sectional sofa and a whopping three sets of full-over-queen bunk beds, is perfect for movie nights, board games, or friendly foosball tournaments.



Head upstairs to the open-concept living area on the second floor, where the inviting living room, complete with a Smart TV, seamlessly flows into the well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space for whipping up delicious meals. The large dining table ensures everyone can gather comfortably for shared meals and laughter. Two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, are conveniently located on this floor.



Ascend to the third floor to find a room with two full-sized sleeper sofas, ideal for additional guests. Another bedroom on this floor boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, offering a tranquil space to unwind. Step out onto the third-floor balcony and take in the views, or relax and soak up the sun on the spacious second-floor deck. After a day of fun at the beach, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool in the backyard – the perfect way to end a perfect beach day!



● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.



● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.



● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
