The Space:

With approximately 3,500 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living space, this home seamlessly combines historical elegance with modern amenities. The open-concept layout features soaring 30-foot vaulted ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light, bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside. The spacious chef’s kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with a huge island, bar seating, and high-end appliances. It flows effortlessly into the dining room, which seats eight, and the inviting living room, centered around a cozy wood-burning fireplace.



For entertainment, the living room is equipped with a 40” HDTV and Apple TV. Just off the living area, a large playroom provides hours of fun for children, with a variety of toys and ample space to play. The first floor also includes a king bedroom, a home office with a desk and 32” HD screen, and a full bathroom. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a queen-size sleeper sofa. For added convenience, there is a laundry area with a washer and dryer.



Upstairs, you’ll find three guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite features a vaulted ceiling with exposed antique beams and its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are designed for comfort, one with two queen beds and the other with a single bed, crib and changing table - perfect for travelling with very little ones.



Step outside to relax and unwind on the expansive deck, where you can enjoy meals at the dining table, lounge in the hammock, or fire up the BBQ for a leisurely cookout. Explore the grounds, play lawn games, or gather around the outdoor fireplace while taking in the stunning mountain views.

Getting Around:

Willow Brook is about 2 hours from New York City and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.



Other Things to Note:

On the property there is a barn, a farmhouse and old dairy buildings which are strictly off limits as they are still being renovated. There is also the owner's truck which is always parked here- no one will come to the house during your stay, but the truck does remain at the property.



*There is no central air conditioning, but we do have portable air conditioning units in most rooms. The only room without air conditioning is the small children's room. We provide fans for those rooms.
