This community sits right on the East Bay and is just across the street from Hidden Creek Golf Club. So bring your golf clubs, beach supplies, fishing gear, or whatever else you love. Just steps from the townhome is a community beach that sits right on the bay. We provide one kayak and one paddle board for guest use. There is also a fire pit by the water for kicking back and relaxing. Just up the street is a community pool. This place truly has something for everyone in your crew.

Inside the home has been professionally decorated and outfitted. When you walk in you'll notice the modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities. Just past the kitchen is an open dining and living area. There is a custom coffee bar, sectional couch, large smart TV, and access to the back patio. On the back patio is a large stainless steel propane grill and outdoor dining table. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen size bunk bed (top and bottom) and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find an incredible primary suite with a comfortable king bed, smart TV, private balcony, and huge en suite. There is another queen bedroom and full bath upstairs as well. In the hallway is a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer.

There is a single car garage available for a smaller vehicle and driveway parking for one additional car. Street parking is not allowed, but there is some overflow parking available a block away.
