Rustic Studio Getaway in the California Gold Country - Pet Friendly

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway and explore our 11 acres of beautiful, private mountain property. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and clear night skies, filled with brilliant stars. Kick back on the enclosed outdoor patio, with fire pit (during the wetter months) and outdoor seating and dining area.

The space
Nestled within 11 acres of rolling hills of wooded and grassy areas, the property encompasses gorgeous views, and calming scenery. Our studio and property are well known for being a place to relax and recuperate!

Other things to note
We do have twin sheet sets for the couch, which can sleep 2. It is not fold out. We also have lots of space and water & electric and hook-up for a RV or trailer.

This place is a gem! The property and surrounding land is so peaceful and Teri was a wonderful host. My husband and I were also surprised to find so many amenities within the apartment. I will definitely refer others and I hope to stay here again next time I'm visiting the Grass Valley area.

Beautiful cabin!! Design touches are tasteful and thoughtful. Hosts left coffee and creamer for us which was much appreciated! Great value. And incredible views of stars bc of lack of light pollution!

The guest house was clean, roomy had great outdoor spaces and was super quiet. The views could not have been more beautiful, such a lovely stay would absolutely there again. It was a perfect get away.

This rustic getaway was amazing. Such a beautiful setting. It was wonderful to have our coffee out on the deck or sit around the fire pit in the evening. A pretty view from every window. The unit itself is perfectly appointed. We could move into this place for a month and be happy. Thanks so much for a relaxing stay. If we could give it 10 stars, we would.

What a terrific place to unwind. The studio is beautiful, filled with light, just like the photos. My host was great, helping quickly whenever I had a need. And the property and the area is gorgeous. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful stay! The studio apartment was the perfect size for a getaway, with a spacious area for relaxing downstairs, a well put together full bathroom and the loft area for the bedroom was very comfortable and cozy. Ms. Teri was so accommodating with answering questions and made us feel so warm and welcomed, we felt very much at home. The location of the property itself is on a quiet, country road and could not be in a more beautiful area. I would love to make this a regular place to visit!

It was great! Quiet, remote and a get away from the hustle bustle of the Bay Area. We especially liked the sky view based on how well you could see the stars and night sky. It’s pretty great an we caught some shooting stars. Overall the loft was nice! The cabin felt very private even with the windows. Speaking of the windows. It was nice to get so much natural light but I must say if you have a late night expect the sun to wake you up at 6am with the sun rise facing the bed though the windows above the stairs but that isn’t a totally bad thing. Overall 10/10. Thank you and we may likely rent again in the future.

Really enjoyed the stay there , it was very relaxing. I loved that we were able to run to town in just minutes away from the place . It was very quite and peaceful just what we needed. The host was right on top of our needs right away. We will be coming back again.

I like living where I would want to go for a vacation. This property and area has provided that for us. There are a lot of amazing towns, restaurants and unique Gold Country aspects. From the Yuba River, local mines and hiking trails.

Our property is in the country and very quiet and relaxing. We are also close to a lot of different amazing Gold Country towns and sites. So, even though you will experience complete rest and relaxation, we are not far off the beaten path.
